“I do have to say all of the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to this is the number one I love going to! The ladies are amazing they’re sweet they’re sufficient they are just all-around amazing! They do a great job they get my order correct every time and I love how every time I pull up they make sure that they say good morning and have a nice day! By far this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that I want to ever go to on my way to work I don’t know the ladies names but I’m sure they know who they are and they need to be recognized! “Such a cute coffee shop in Roxbury Township! I absolutely love the decor and the layout, it's so cute and just brings me joy. I feel like I'm on a farm. The coffee drinks and menu is phenomenal! Definitely very creative and tasty, not like a regular coffee. I appreciate that they can adjust the sweetness to the drinks. Absolutely LOVED the touch of the cheese breads and empanadas. They were really delicious and paired well with the coffee. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu!“

“This is a family owned restaurant they all work so hard and they genuinely care about their customers. The food is amazing. The staff is so nice. You must also try their desserts. If your to full from your delicious meal make sure you take something home for later.“

“A nice cozy coffee house.Its owned by a husband and wife team. A nice selection of coffee drinks are offered. I am a pretty steady guy, so I tend to always gravitate to a Mocha Latte. The one I had there was tasty. Besides their drinks, both hot and iced. They have an assortment of baked goods to purchase. I have been back several times when im passing thru Succasunna. They are definitely worth checking out. Ps, all the staff is very friendly and welcoming.“

“I went there with both of my daughters & my grandchildren that are 4 years old and 1 1/2 & we enjoy ourselves. The reason we went here was because the donate a percentage of the bill to the local high school. Staff friendly & atmosphere.“

“Greene beans is my favorite spot for all my loose leaf tea purchases. Staff is always so friendly and ready to help when I have questions. I'm there about once to twice a month to get all my teas. Their coffee drinks are also delicious. I never get the same thing twice. I'm always exploring their menu and their seasonal menu. It's also done right.“

“Great customer service. The labels got mixed up on the sandwich’s and I got to the car with another persons sub. Joe was awesome about it and remade the sub and made sure it was perfect. I don’t typically leave reviews, but Joe (and the rest of the staff) going above and beyond is commendable.“

“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. “I absolutely love this dunkin. It's amazing. The ppl are great and everything BUT, I just got my doordash order from them and the oak milk in my latte was soiled and tasted rancid. I had to dump it out. However, I still stand by what I first things I said, the employees are amazing. I highly recommend this place.“

“On line ordering made this easy. When I arrived several minutes after ordering. It was ready. The store was clean and uncluttered. There was another customer being helped and the staff appeared to friendly. The condiment and napkin area could use a wipe down. I'd go there again.“

“A happy manager and happy people make better drinks. It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!“

“Franklin has a Starbucks! Who woulda thought? Riverdale-Kinnelon-Butler on 23 don't have one. And this one has the ambrosia that is Nitro Cold Brew! Cold stuff cold, hot stuff hot. Quick service except peak times when EVERYBODY lines up.Still great in 2024, right on 23 (southbound side, at light). Convenient access, very friendly staff.“
