“Incredible service! If I’m not mistaken this is the dunkin that was in the exon up the road. Even back then it was the fastest, most efficient dunkin I’ve ever been too. With the new location and drive through it makes last minute morning coffee decisions easy. I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Such a convenient location!! And my order is always spot on. Staff is always super friendly too. Keep up the good work guys :)“

“First I want to thank Aidan for making the BEST & PERFECT tea (hot and iced). He is always friendly with a big smile on his face. We love him. We often get a pastry with our tea but the scones are very hard sometimes. I wonder if they have been out for too long. I miss the banana and zucchini breads
they had quite a few years ago. They said they stopped using that bakery. Overall this is a neat little local coffee shop.“

“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. “I love coming here to work and unwind. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming — a great spot to grab a drink and some light bites while getting things done. The staff is consistently kind, respectful, and genuinely friendly, and my drinks and food are always prepared perfectly.

My only concern is that during the colder months, the air conditioning seems to run quite high, which can make it a bit uncomfortable at times. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place and I keep coming back.“

I go here on a regular basis and the employees are very nice,talkative,respectful and very quick.I suggest people should go to this dunkin. “My favorite place to stop at on the lake for an ice-cream. We usually paddle up to the docks on our SUPs (stand up paddleboard). Grab a cone of real (Jefferson Dairy I believe) ice-cream and then back on the lack for some awesome paddling.
Highly recommended for a quick bite, all kinds of tchotchkes, signs, toys, games and a bunch of other stuff that I believe are locally made. It's a must visit, especially for those that want to revisit simpler times.“

“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“
