The staff is amazing. There isn't much else that needs to be said. I'm there almost every morning for my wife's latte. This is one if the only dunkins that makes it just right. One would call her a latte expert.Kid-friendliness: My kids love going in and grabbing my wife's latte. Most of the time I have to do it but the staff makes them feel like they are adults. Yay.
My first experience wasn't good bc the young guy who worked at night was miserable. He forgot my donut and when I went back inside to ask for it I was dismissed as if it was a hassle. Then he hands me a bag, I get out to the car and he gave me a croissant!!! What is going on.... I then went in for a third time and he doesn't apologize and then gives me the donut. Unbelievable. My husband and I stopped here on our way home from PA. This store is so spotless, beautifully decorated for Autumn, and the service was so great - we assumed it was a brand-new store. We were surprised to learn that it's actually 3 years old! Keep up the great work!
