My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. “Incredible service! If I’m not mistaken this is the dunkin that was in the exon up the road. Even back then it was the fastest, most efficient dunkin I’ve ever been too. With the new location and drive through it makes last minute morning coffee decisions easy. I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Such a convenient location!! And my order is always spot on. The space is great for doing work, catching up with friends, quickly grabbing coffee through the drive thru or simply relaxing and sipping some fun beverage. “I love coming here to work and unwind. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming — a great spot to grab a drink and some light bites while getting things done. The staff is consistently kind, respectful, and genuinely friendly, and my drinks and food are always prepared perfectly.

My only concern is that during the colder months, the air conditioning seems to run quite high, which can make it a bit uncomfortable at times. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place and I keep coming back.“

“We just had Cupcake Cafe do a custom dinosaur cake and dinosaur cupcakes for my daughter's fourth birthday party. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward! The owner was also a pleasure to deal with. Five stars!“

“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“
