I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward! The owner was also a pleasure to deal with. Five stars!“
