I’ve never had a bad customer service experience and I’ve been going multiple times per week for a year 1/2 now.staff is always super helpful and nice. they never give me any issues with modifications or special requests. they always get my food and drink out super fast even through rush-hour in the drive-thru. I have nothing but good things to say.“
“Stopped in for the first time over the weekend and was very happy with our visit! The pastries/pies we tried were all very delicious and tasted like they were made from quality ingredients. “I met a friend for dinner in Boonton and he asked if I've ever been to Boonton Coffee Co. When I said "no" he said "you gotta try this coffee". We walked over and I ordered an iced vanilla latte, just like I've done at Starbucks for well over a decade. Long story short, this place has ruined Starbucks for me. The quality and flavor of their coffee is unmatched. With all due respect to Folgers Freeze Dried coffee, that's what Starbucks now tastes like in comparison. “Me and my boyfriend stopped by to do the tea ceremony to learn more about tea & culture! The owner is so sweet & knowledgeable, the tea ceremony was definitely worth it and we learned a lot from her. The ceremony felt like fun but also as professional as taking a class on how to brew your own teas at home & their origins.Definitely reccomend stopping by for anyone who has an interest in trying new teas.“
“My sister and ate here yesterday with our nine year old twin niece and nephew. We had milkshakes and pancakes. In the middle of the meal, Caleb said, "this meal gets 5 stars for magnificent milkshakes (the kids had Oreo crunch milkshakes), delicious pancakes, and friendly service." Not only that but they've been very accommodating when I have been unable to come out of my car to bring it out provided I've paid prior . “It's a small drive thru coffee shop that has amazing daily soups!!! Their soups are so good for breakfast. Breakfast bowls are good too. The price is a bit on the higher side but you get what you paid for. The staff are all nice and friendly.“

“I must say i love love loveee this place. Amazing service amazing people. I do miss the guy at drive thru Matt he was so sweet. Ugh he made my day every time. I also really appreciate this young girl there i believe her names was Narciss. She was so cute and adorable as she stayed patient to help my children figure out their favorite drinks and now they dont let me go anywhere else?. I always come in to see that sweet barista because she truly made us feel welcomed which alot of baristas tend to lack.“

“My daughter and I stop in regularly for coffee. The coffee bar is well stocked with lots of options and even a graphic that taught me how to make a decent iced coffee for a change. The employees are extremely friendly and personable, from the pump operators to the cashiers and everything in between. They have become more like neighborhood friends than store employees we see when we get coffee. I've occasionally order a sandwich on my way to work and it's always made exactly as I ask. “While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“
“Lianne was very good, she toasted my bagel very well and put I nice amount of cream cheese. Bareka was very kind also she made my hot chocolate very nice and did a good ratio of whip cream and the drink. The store look very clean and then I noticed Amanda sweeping and mopping, I even complimented her on it.“

It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I am so happy my Google search led me to such a professional and helpful business. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. They even sent me photos and a video of the finished trays of goodies after they put them together. And then they delivered. Amazing. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this company for food delivery and catering. Good, good people.“
