“Small BUSYYYYYY spot really busy. Staff is polite and respectful, simple as the place on its own. On the end it is not 5 star Michelin restaurant or bar it is normal little DD, don't expect Michelin service and free food if they make mistake, instead give them chance to fix same and stay polite
. Young teenagers trying their best to accommodate those who expect way too much. Prices normal , stop by have patience and enjoy coffee or munchies, nobody is perfect give a chance and smile“

Should have posted this a couple of weeks ago to let everyone know what an absolutely beautiful job they did with the delicious Woodland Creatures 1/2 sheet cake for my daughter’s baby shower! Wow! It was so moist and tasty, received so many compliments from the ladies. And you know we ladies love our cakes! The decorator created an over-the-top adorable woodland creatures design. Even the gluten free cupcakes were tasty and gorgeous. Kudos to the entire staff and owner. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. Would highly recommend this bakery when you want the best! Thank you to everyone there.“

“If there were more stars, I'd give them. We are from out of state (formerly from Waldwick) and needed to send a brunch catering to a dear family. Bagel Supreme was professional, sweet, considerate and kind. I called on a Sunday afternoon at 1 PM (about an hour before the store closed) and the owner had his wife call "within the hour." She did and spent time with me on the phone getting the right order to fit my request for the family. Then sent multiple texts to confirm everything throughout the evening. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND! They delivered PROMPTLY as promised the next day and they sent us pictures of the platters to ensure that we saw what was delivered. Greeting cards to mark the occasion with our thoughts HAND WRITTEN were attached. The store would NOT take money until the order was delivered even though I offered to pay in advance. I will absolutely use them in the future for long distance gift giving (who doesn't like food as a gift)? And this will be our very first stop when we are back in town. 1,000% recommend!!!“

“The guy with the long hair was super nice. My younger brother was with me and he has Down Syndrome. The guy offered my brother extra smoothie (for free) because he made a lot, he treated him sooo nicely!!! People usually don’t know how to act around people with disabilities but this dude was awesome. Would totally recommend, the mocha was fantastic and the banana nut muffin was delicious. My boyfriend got an iced matcha and it tasted fantastic.“

“Dream Donuts has very nice workers who answer even the silliest question, like how much is the mini donuts when the price is right on the board, with a smile and no judgment. The experience was delightful and fun picking out the tiny donuts you want to fill your box, the workers are patient and happy to give you time to pick your favorites. Each tiny donut is topped with different treats. There is ice cream and even macaroons. The parking area is small and be careful backing out as traffic is by a four way and was busy the day I went.“

I am crazy about my coffee and look everywhere for a good Americano. A great one is so hard to find. Most places either drown the shots in too much water or have zero crema but Vibe Cafe completely nails it.
The water to espresso ratio is absolutely perfect, and it comes out with a rich, beautiful crema every single time. The dark roast flavor hits it perfect. If you appreciate properly made espresso, this is the spot. Highly recommend!“

“Our / Nuestra Passion is a great little coffee spot. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the fruit crêpes on Sunday. I thought they were the best. I was ready to go back Monday for more they are closed. The smoothie my daughter had was delicious fresh strawberries and mango. I only wish I realized sooner they were located right on Main Street . I have been there twice now and always a great time. Best coffee and food . Great staff friendly and kind.“

I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I am so happy my Google search led me to such a professional and helpful business. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. They even sent me photos and a video of the finished trays of goodies after they put them together. And then they delivered. Amazing. Top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this company for food delivery and catering. Good, good people.“

“I recently visited Starbucks, and I honestly left impressed not only by how fast and organized the store was, but by how genuinely welcoming the staff made the experience feel. From the moment I walked in, the environment was clean, upbeat, and efficient. Even during a busy rush, the team worked together smoothly and kept the line moving quickly without making customers feel ignored or rushed. It’s rare to find a store that balances speed with good customer service so naturally, but this location absolutely did.

What stood out the most to me, though, was an employee named Connor. After another worker accidentally messed up my drink order, he immediately stepped in with kindness and professionalism. Instead of making the situation awkward or brushing it off, he made me feel completely taken care of. He was calm, understanding, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy. Small interactions like that can completely change someone’s day, and he handled it perfectly.

On top of being incredibly helpful, he was also very personable and friendly, which made the experience feel more genuine rather than forced customer service. You could tell he cared about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. His positive attitude and confidence stood out immediately, and it honestly made the whole store atmosphere feel better.

The service was fast, the employees worked efficiently under pressure, and Connor especially turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. Employees like him are a huge reason customers come back, and the store is lucky to have someone who represents the company so well.“

“While I do like this location and staff, the food quality for mcdonald's in general has to improve. Fries were fresh and probably the best part of my meal. Chicken nuggets tasted like breaded chewing gum. I had a quarter pounder and it was so flavorless that it tasted like cardboard not even extra ketchup helped the patty which by the way looked like a cheeseburger patty. Nothing quarter pound about it. Will be back for the fries though.“
