“Donuts are amazing, better than a lot of other specialty places, staff very nice, bathroom very clean and smells good (although toilet flush is quite aggressive, throws water back at you). The only hang-up is that it is understaffed, so there's a long wait. Also, the store could use better lighting. Despite this, I would go again and again for the delicious small donuts.“

I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. I am so happy my Google search led me to such a professional and helpful business. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. They even sent me photos and a video of the finished trays of goodies after they put them together. And then they delivered. Amazing. Top-notch customer service. “We just had Cupcake Cafe do a custom dinosaur cake and dinosaur cupcakes for my daughter's fourth birthday party. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward! “These guys are always on point. I have never had a bad experience in 14 years living here. One time I was annoyed and complained and the manager called me to make it right. In todays times, you can’t beat that. Just made a large order for a kids birthday party and it was double checked and made fresh.
