“We went to the Daily Bean when we went to Lego Land. Staff were incredibly friendly, the chocolate chai was AMAZING! Coffee was excellent and my son said he had one of the best chocolate croissants he has ever had. Awesome place, will go again if we are in the area.“

“I went to Starbucks this morning and the system was down. Fortunately, I had such a pleasant experience with Anna who was working on her own. She was so polite and patient with getting me my coffee and finding what she needed to help me get to the customer service register. I was greeted by two Acme employees (one I believe worked in the deli) who has such kind words to say that just made my day. I didn't catch their names, but the whole team left me with a smile on my face walking out of the store!“

“Every time I’ve gone there, it smells like pumpkin spice and feels like home. The son of the owner is the sweetest thing and the mother is a joy to all who meet her. “My first time here… And it was absolutely adorable. What a gold mine having little mini donuts come out of the fryer right in front of your eyes. Add any topping you want in a bag shake it up hot and delicious. I picked up a birthday bouquet of mini donuts and couldn’t resist so I got a box of six classic for myself n the family. “I love Vibe! True to its name, it just has a great vibe. Super friendly owners and staff, good tunes at the right volume level, great tables and chairs, art, plenty of natural lighting, adjacent salon and hair products store with cool vintage band t-shirt pop ups, and a little dog that greets and says good riddance to every customer. They brew Gimme! coffee, which is strong and good. Their fancier espresso-based drinks are a treat, and their baked goods, such as cookies, are yummy. The healthier fare, such as oatmeal with a choice of four toppings, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches are all fortifying and made with quality ingredients you can taste in good portion size. It's a tucked-away gem for which I give my full recommendation.“

“Amazing pastry quality. They say a bad crust can ruin even the tastiest pie fillings, but Shannon’s crust does the inverse. You could put mud inside that pastry and I’d still eat it. That goes for all variations — the short crust, puff pastry, and crumb. Excellent pies all around.“

I called 5 Brothers from Wisconsin (not knowing anything about delis or restaurants in Lincoln Park, New Jersey—just going by google search) to order a couple trays of food for a memorial service in Lincoln Park which I could not attend. The two brothers I worked with listened to my situation and understood what I was hoping to provide food-wise, and then they suggested a mixed tray of baked goods and desserts that were perfect. “We just had Cupcake Cafe do a custom dinosaur cake and dinosaur cupcakes for my daughter's fourth birthday party. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward! The owner was also a pleasure to deal with. Five stars!“
