Always good quality coffee and orders are made in a timely manner! My only concern is that there are times when I have walked in and there's been no employees at the counter/it's just empty. I get it that sometimes you need to run to the back for something, but recently I went in, saw no one at the counter so I went to use the bathroom. Even by the time I came out of the bathroom, there wasn't a single employee in sight. So I left. I still love this location, but it's just a safety...read full review
Nelson and Maria make my mornings!!! I get there at 5 when they first open and they are always ready to go. Both always have a smile and the food and drinks are always made correct. I literally drive by another Dunkin on my way to the Ogdensburg shop. I won’t go anywhere else!

Coffee is usually good. I use the app most of the time to place orders, about 10 minutes before I arrive. Very frustrating when the order isn’t ready.The sausage there identifies as bacon in this location. I don’t particularly care for the owner and his attitude.
