Very clean and neat location including the bathrooms. Staff was on top of the orders and the line moved fast. We liked the bagel bites and donuts. Coffee was a bit bitter to me but everyone else was fine with theirs. The new energy drinks were very similar to Gatorade.
Worse DD I have ever been to. I order a simple medium cup of hot coffee. Waited and waited. People had to ask where was their order. I finally asked them to cancel my order because I saw one worker move two cups ahead of what I believe was my cup (which it was). He asked me did I want the coffee or should he cancel it. I responded as long as it doesn't take another five minutes. His response was time was basically 5-7 minutes. I said not from where I was from. A customer...read full review

Nearly every time I come to this dunkin they serve me a frozen breakfast sandwich. The first time it happened I just let it go mistakes happen but this place 3/5 times I go will serve a FROZEN sandwich. I’m done giving them chances. Also they will take 35 minutes to serve you a lukewarm coffee that you ordered online oncer 10 minutes ago. This place has gone down hill. I’m going to the Dunkin on 23 in Newfoundland now and I have zero issues there.
