“Incredible service! If I’m not mistaken this is the dunkin that was in the exon up the road. Even back then it was the fastest, most efficient dunkin I’ve ever been too. With the new location and drive through it makes last minute morning coffee decisions easy. I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Such a convenient location!! And my order is always spot on. “I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“
