“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. “Hadn't visited this Dunkin Donuts since I was in my 30's, I'm 63 now. Staff was great, I had three people working to get my rather large order of Donuts and coffee caddies ready, and since I made a last minute decision to go there I obviously didn't call ahead. They were quick, efficient and friendly. While I was writing this post I just remembered I neglected to tip them, which I will remedy in the morning.“
