I don't understand why they insist on putting staff on the speaker that don't speaker enough English to correctly take your order, none of the coffee was correct, the food was ok, but it is supposed to be at coffee shop.
The store is always so clean and the staff is amazing every time I come in it’s perfectly decorated decorations look amazing and my order is always perfect manager is absolutely amazing!
I go to dunkin all the time, everywhere- this one in particular had such a friendly, kind, upbeat gentleman in the drive thru. I wish I had gotten his name - he really made me smile rest of the day. I was there Monday 5/26 about 8am - so whomever was working then - thank you.
