Based on the reviews, the Starbucks Coffee Company has both kind and exceptional employees, including Chelsea, Sophia, Paige, Grace, Joe, Eva, and Kathy. The service is described as top notch, and employees take care of customers to the best of their ability. One customer enjoyed a hot, creamy Soy toffee nut latte with just a little bit of foam, which is not easy to achieve with soy milk. However, the manager Kali has not ordered supplies in around 2 weeks, and they are out of pumpkin in the heart of the season. Despite this, customers are very content with the service and appreciate being treated with kindness and respect.
