the amazing staff here is the best.
i go all the time for coffee and the drive thru workers have gotten to know my kids lol went tonight for a coffee and saw they do diy donuts kit. they didnt have enoigh donuts for a full kit so they gave us 2 donuts, the frosting, and sprinkles for free! thanks guys!!

If you want a drink, your order will be right 80% of the time and will be ready fairly quickly.
If you want food...it doesn't matter how far ahead you placed the order, you ARE going to wait for it, and it will probably be wrong, and it's just not worth asking them to remake it.
I specifically go to a farther Dunkin' to avoid this one.
