I came in with my granddaughter the other day to order lunch and we were served by this wonderful sweet asian girl and she served our food quickly and with a beautiful smile on her face I will definitely come here more often just to see her pretty face I gave her a bag of peanut m&ms for her to enjoy!
Before I start, I would like to say how honored I am to be this McDonald’s establishment’s 1,000th review. For McDonald’s standards this establishment was very nice. Drive-Thru is quick, inside is pretty clean for the most part, and it looked like every McDonald’s ever. Not really much to say. Once again, thank you all for the honor of being the 1,000th review, I sincerely appreciate it.
Neat and spacious

The McDonald's restaurant in Hackettstown, NJ, store number 1812, has received mixed reviews. Customers have praised the modern and clean appearance of the establishment, as well as the efficient and friendly service provided by the employees. However, there have been some issues with the play area. On a hot day, one customer found the play area to be extremely hot and uncomfortable due to a broken air conditioning system.
The restaurant has received positive feedback for its updated look and service, but improvements are needed in maintaining a comfortable temperature in the play area. Customers have also commented on the quick service in the drive-thru, with one noting that the front counter service can be slow at times. The manager, Dee, is described as kind and attentive, ensuring that all guests are happy.
