Sat in drive thru for over 20mins bagel was horrible barely any cream cheese and they didn't cut it like I had asked and my iced latte did not taste like a latte it was too much milk I asked them for less milk and an extra shot of expresso I didn't get that worst service ever

Best dunkin ever, manager and customer service was excellent, this employee named angel gave me impecable service and was great getting me my jelly filled donut, great time I recommend this dunkin over all dunkin’s.

I haven't been here in a while due to past bad experience. Now I know I'll never go back. I asked for a large iced tea with very little ice and instead got a large cup of ice with very little tea. I asked for 4 sugar free sweeteners on the side and the employee stated they don't have anymore. She then found them and threw them at me. Yup I'll never go here again!
