Great place! definitely worth a visit!
Got take-out the other night and it was FABULOUS!!! The Mozzarella in Carozza was just as we remembered (my daughter’s favorite)! The Veal Medallions Florentine was tender and beautifully prepared as was the Chicken Francese! Don’t miss out on the Fresh Arugula Pie (topped with a buratta cheese ball, dried figs,dates, and a balsamic glaze) because it was EPIC! So happy to have Peppe’s back and see how wonderfully the new owners are honoring a locally legendary restaurant!
The food is delicious. There are Italian, and Spanish items and so far everything has been delicious. The mixed fajitas was more than generous with the portion size. 😁 I ordered the margarita pie which was very good. You MUST try the beef empanada 😉 Fresh guacamole 💯 The smoked old fashioned was great and the selection of bourbon and rye 👍🏾. Based on the reviews, Peppe’s Bistro has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner, date night, or getting together with friends and family. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The menu features amazing authentic Latin dishes and delicious food, including guac & chips, teriyaki chicken wings, Salmon, and El Bisteca Mexicana, which was the best Mexican dish ever. Other dishes like a pasta dish with scallops, salmon and shrimp, Octopus, Bisteca, and Chicken Quesadilla were incredible. The refried beans may be the best ever. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, with service that is smooth and 5-star. Drinks are made with attention and so good. Everything comes out quickly and is cooked perfectly. This is the best food in the Poconos and a delightful reinvention.
