YUMMY!
Me and my family decided to order pizza. Four of us total and we never order pizza, but figure we treat ourselves. It was a Saturday and we were all too tired to cook.
We looked at the website and $13 for a large pizza with one topping. So we got one large pepperoni and one large cheese and a 12 piece wings.
By our math and according to the menu, it should’ve been about $40 total. Kind of pricey, but whatever.
When we went to go pick it up, they charged $50 and then on top of that… they have the audacity to ask for a tip! Tip for what? This is so awkward because of course, when they ask for a tip, people are going to feel obligated to do so. Mind you they didn’t deliver the pizza, It was picked up on site. This new restaurant sales tactic on asking for tips absolutely needs to stop.
I absolutely understand tipping waiters and waitresses and delivery driver drivers. But asking for a tip when we just ordered the food and picked it up? Give me a break. The food was already way overpriced.
And on top of that, the pizza and wings were not even that great to be completely honest. Definitely not worth $50 total.
And my sister tipped them five dollars so it was actually $55 total.
$55 for two large pizzas and 12 wings. Get real what an absolute joke. You guys are greedy.
Domino’s would’ve given the exact same thing for literally half the price on a Saturday night. So next time we’re going with Domino’s 100%.
Get your menu prices right. Don’t ask for tips when people are picking up food that you guys are already being paid to make.

Pretty good pizza in the area! If you're local you know good pizza isn't the easiest to come by but this place is great. A bit pricey lately but I can't blame them with prices of everything going up. We try to order for family pizza nights at least once or twice a month and they never disappoint! The jalapeno poppers and garlic knots are amazing fyi!

They have gluten-free options!!! Got a gluten-free pie with mushrooms and peppers. It was delicious and the owner was a great dude.

Stopped by Pizza Palace after getting our RV set up—we’re in town for 8 days and saw the place on our way in. Ordered a Sicilian pizza (listed at $18.75) and a dozen wings ($12.25). That should’ve totaled around $31 before tax. But when I checked my credit card later, it was over $44 before tip. Not sure where the extra $13 came from. Probably my fault for not catching it in the moment.
The wings were excellent—crispy, flavorful, exactly what you'd hope for. The pizza, though? Mediocre at best. The real test? At 1am, I walked past the leftover box, thought about grabbing a slice… and made a ham sandwich from the fridge instead. That pretty much says it all.
Between the sketchy pricing and forgettable pizza, I won’t be back.
