Today was the 4th day that Starbucks has served me a drink with what has to be expired milk. After telling the worker, they simply brushed it off and made another one with another batch of expired milk. I’m no expert, but I know when milk is bad, and this is getting absolutely ridiculous. A good friend of mine contracted some form of food poisoning a little while ago from what we believe was to be yet again another drink with expired milk. He ate a bagel that day, and then drank the coffee. Within a few hours he began to feel extremely nauseous and you can figure out the rest. Other than this, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is awesome… just make sure to smell your drink, and if it tastes off, throw it out.
As someone who goes to this campus and has class at 7:30 it’s ridiculous that this place is not open on time. Once in a while, fine whatever but every day they never open at 7 o’clock when it says on their door that they’re open at seven is ridiculous
the workers r always so nice especially considering how crazy it can get in there, they know me and my friends names and they are overall just very kind.

As soon as I entered I felt unwanted. No line but they took 3 minutes to come over to me so I could order. I ordered a Caramel Frap, with no modifications. I was handed a Caramel Ribbon. I cannot have the dark caramel sauce that is in the caramel ribbon so I politely told the barista, she didn’t say a word to me but she turned around to her other coworker and started complaining about me and called me a profanity. She ended up making my drink with the dark caramel sauce again. I just took it and left and didn’t drink it because I felt unwanted there and felt disrespected. I am an avid Starbucks goer and this was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at ANY Starbucks.

Very unprofessional to start off they only have 2 works working early in the morning knowing that people are in college and want breakfast 2nd my food and drink came out bad my drink had no expresso and the bank on my food wasn’t fully cooked definitely not coming for a second visit
Totally not impressed, starbucks has some real colty stuff going on over there!!!!!
As Peter Vernacchia pointed out, it seems to be closed, or at least the owner is not making an effort to update its status. Also Google maps location has nothing to do with its actual physical location, and only students seem to know where it is somewhere inside the campus. Owner must not be interested in customers other than students.
Location Edit: if youre coming from 80, take the ESU exit and follow Prospect Street down to the light after ESUs main entrance. This will be the intersection of Prospect and Normal St.Follow Normal St down until you see S Green St.Turn left onto S Green St and you will immediately see Starbucks on your right hand side.I also added a photo of how to get there from 80. Sorry for the bad quality but best I can do lolIt is part of the campus' food court but has its own public entrance. May be closed as the temporary closed sign hasn't moved in awhile.Guess I gotta edit it. Owner, must be who it is, keeps moving the pin point on Maps to most likely deter customers from driving on campus. A bit strange but wouldn't surprise me. I constantly have to update it. I mean, great because I'll get my contributor points but goes to show you that this place may be a terrible business if the owner purposely changes the location.Unfortunately theyre temporarily closed. I had to update the closure on Google maps since the company didn't. Also had to fix the location as it was originally at some random house. Walked all the way there now no gotta drive all the way to Stroudsburg and wait in a huge line if I wanted Starbucks(the one at a target is the same). This wouldve been very convenient for me area wise. Also wish they would have it show whether you need to be a student or not. My wife was a student that graduated but now that students have to scan to get into buildings now were not sure if starbucks is public or student only.
This store is a disaster. Never go to this unless you have over 30 minutes to wait for your drinks. I will drink gas station coffee first. I am being nice with this review. Zero stars.
The best coffee in Helena. I love this place and their commitment to a quality drink/ food item served in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff of baristas always seem happy to see you and strive to make a personal connection, often calling you by name as you enter. Not only are the drinks great, but this store is adhering to Covid safety standards that make me feel comfortable coming in.

I didn't actually buy anything but my boss bought me a scone and it was tasty. I also have a gift card for there that I'll never use more than likely.
