Red curry was out of this world!
7/2025 update- I have to say the quality of food has declined over the past year or so. Portions are perhaps only slightly smaller but sadly the flavor (quantity of spices, sauces and garnishes) has become bland. Definitely no longer the vibrant cuisine of Thailand.

Yen ta fo was luscious to the bottom of the bowl, the chile always takes my breath away when slurping. The crying tiger was delicious if a bit small for my girth. The sticky rice and mango had just the right sweet salty balance. I love Thai cuisine and Sue's among the best I've had this side of Thailand.

We are frequent customers of your restaurant and often stop by when visiting Bushkill, PA multiple times a year. In the past, weâve truly enjoyed your foodâespecially your egg fried rice, which has always been flavorful and satisfying.
However, during our most recent visit on June 28, we ordered three egg fried rice takeout boxes and were very disappointed with the quality. Each box appeared to contain barely a single piece of egg, and the rice was mixed with a few large, frozen vegetables (such as broccoli) that didnât seem consistent with what youâve served in the past. The rice itself tasted more like plain white rice rather than the Thai-style fried rice we were expecting, and overall, it felt like the dish was rushed or not prepared with the usual care.
We paid $44.22 for the three boxes. While we donât mind paying that amount when the food meets your usual standards, this time the experience fell far short of expectations. Unfortunately, we had no other food at home and had already driven 20 minutes to pick it up, so we didnât return or call to complain at the time. But we felt it was important to reach out afterward and let you know, as weâve always valued the quality of your food and service.
We sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, and that takeout customers will receive the same level of care and quality as dine-in guests. We understand economic conditions can be tough, but it shouldnât come at the cost of lowering food quality or consistency. Weâre sharing this feedback in good faith and hope it helps maintain the high standards that originally made us loyal customers.
Thank you for your time and understanding.

This restaurant is amazing. First of all the food is delicious. I had the drunken noodles and its the best I've had EVER. The staff are so nice and kind. I left my retainers there and they saved it for a week until I came back. Thank you so much for being so generous and helpful. Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing restaurant.

Absolutely spectacular! My husband and I always default to Thai when we want a night off from cooking, and this place never disappoints. The food is consistently delish and itâs sooo good! đ€€
Tonight was no different. My husband had the drunken noodles and Thai wings, both of which he couldnât stop raving about. And if youâre a fan of Tom Kha soup, order it. Donât hesitate. Just order it. It's incredible.
I tried the pineapple curry tonight, and it was delicious. I'm usually a green curry girlie (which is also delish!), but the pineapple curry was perfectly balanced with sweet, savory, and spicy flavors.
Thank you for being such a consistently great staple in our area!

The food is pretty good, but the look of the place (inside and out) is a turnoff
Being new in the area, I was recommended Sue's Thai Kitchen as a Jain Vegetarian and I must say I was not disappointed at all. Excellent food and service. Have already visited a few times.
There's not enough places in East Stroudsburg for good food but this is one of them. I always enjoy the pad Thai and the pineapple rice.
Stopped in for lunch on our honeymoon, and didn't disappoint!! We will be back any time we are in the area đ
