I just left the drive thru, and boy was I surprised. You see this location doesn't have a good rating, so I didn't set my expectations high. But, just like every other time I visited this location the ratings do not match the service and quality. The person taking my order was very pleasant. Waited forty minutes for my to go order. Still on the printer. Horrible customer service and inefficiency. Why do I keep coming back? Need to go to Maple Donuts. Avoid this DD at all costs. It’s like this everyday of the week.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. I have never had this bad of drive through services in my life. Each and every single time I place an online order, I am missing items. When they are told I am missing, they can’t even seem to make the missing items correctly. Id this was a once in a while type of thing, I would completely understand but that isn’t the case.
