Seriously the best Indian food I've had outside of India. ESPECIALLY their vegan selections.

Wonderful, first-time experience at Aman's. From the greeting when we entered to the courteous waitstaff, to the delicious food, the entire experience has me wanting to return. The main dishes served in the beautiful pots was a lovely touch. I highly recommend Aman's.Vegetarian options: One person in our party is strictly vegetarian. She had ma y options on the menu, including starters and mains.

Came here on a double date to meet a friend’s new bf. We parked in the parking garage behind the Easton Public Market. Was a quick walk thought the market- which was nice and I got to see the shops currently there. Amari is directly across the street so it was a quick walk. We had a res and were met by a friendly host and taken back to a table. We were told as we say that they have a 1.5 hour limit at the table during the peak times as they had a full set of bookings that night. Kind of odd but we weren’t planning to stay all night lolService was a bit slow initially but not too bad as we needed the time to figure out what we were ordering; also we were talking to our friend’s date ? We ordered the garlic naan, and the garlic cheese naan- both were very good and very filling. We opted to skip apps; I got chicken tikka masala, the others got butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, and chicken curry… all varying spice levels, and two orders of basmati rice. Mild was nice but medium was in the spicier side but not terrible. All 4 dishes were EXCELLENT. Hands down the best Indian I have ever had in this area! Yes that good! The chicken was tender tasty and good quality(sometimes places use the cheaper chicken when it’s in a curry). Everything was flavorful and really hit the spot. The table has a glass bottle of tap water which was good and tasted fine. I got the Shanti Shandy, and the Spiced Sunset; both were good the Shandy I would prob not get again, but stick with Mango Lassis.Skipped dessert but would def try in a return visit. Yes I’m coming back- might try the takeaway since I can order more and save desserts for later. This really is good Indian food so if you’re in the mood someone, def eat at Aman’s!!

Pakistani-American here from NYC and when I tell you they have the BEST Tandoori Chicken I've ever tasted in my life, run, don't walk. Party of four, we ordered two whole Tandoori chickens, two lamb seekh kebabs with garlic and butter naans. Be patient, they cook everything fresh to order and the chicken takes about 30-40 minutes. Service was impeccable without being overbearing. Natalie, our server, was friendly and personable. The interior is modern chic. This is a family owned and operated business. Go show your support!

I never had Indian cuisine before, I was always hesitant. I was invited to Aman's for a party and it was amazing. The wings might be a Top 3 in the LV. The fries were amazing. The appetizers were all delicious and the Butter Chicken (mild) was so flavorful. So if you never had Indian food or have and didn't enjoy it...try Aman's...even if your a Wing and Fry person...go for them. Also, the service was top notch. Miguel was out server.

Good food, nice atmosphere, good service. They accommodate vegan dietary requirements. Overall, it was a good experience for us and we look forward to our next visit to Aman's.Dietary restrictions: The menu clearly labels vegetarian and vegan options although there aren't too many of them.

We had a beautiful time at Aman restaurant.. we were visiting Crayola experience and was recommended “Aman Restaurant “ the owners are spot on and very much present and involved in the restaurant, the food served was at perfect temperature without any dyes/colors and crazy spices. Being raised in England, Punjab, New Delhi and NY. We were visiting from Colorado and food touched our hearts and the hospitality was above and beyond. We requested Indian chai( which is not on the menu )was prepared for our family twice per our request even though they were very busy. The charges were not expensive per what we pay for cheap Indian food with full of food coloring and heavy undercooked spices and creamy food in any other restaurant. We really hope Aman Restaurant explores Colorado and will be welcomed with open arms with the quality and hospitality they offer.GOOD LUCK!

Food was good but they charge extra for rice which is bizarre. Last I checked rice was one of the most inexpensive foods available. If they don't want to include rice with entrees that is their prerogative, however, they should more clearly indicate that on their menu. We will chose Clove from now on.

We’ve been here probably over 20 times and are never disappointed. The gobi manchurian is my absolute favorite! Crispy and so flavorful, and not spicy (I’m a baby when it comes to spice but I still love the flavors of Indian food!). Other amazing dishes we’ve had are the lamb tikka masala, salmon fish tandoor, malai kofta, garlic naan, and the rice of course. The rice does not come with the meals but definitely worth the extra cost compared to other Indian places I’ve been to in the LV area. I’m sure all of the other dishes are amazing but I find it so hard to stray when I know what I like!
