Visited when it was completely empty, which may have biased my opinion. My only comment was that the prices seemed high. Although I took home half my food because the portion sizes are quite large, which is why I don't fault them for being a bit expensive. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years, so I was surprised how good it was. I had the Caesar salad and chicken parm. Both were delicious.

Our server made us feel rushed and seemed annoyed to be there doing her job! (Genesis) Appetizers were better than the entrees and super lumpy potatoes…. Mash potatoes I think not!!

this is the best applebees i’ve ever visited by far. the entire staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment i walked in. our waitress was so kind and attentive. the food came out hot and tasted great. the managers were very involved and has this place on their A game. management also seemed to work very well with all of the employees and everyone seemed happy. ive worked at multiple chain restaurants in my life so it’s easy for me to tell when a restaurant has good management and this was it. I am very impressed with how put together this applebees location is and definitely will be returning.

Had an amazing experience at this Applebee’s today for lunch. We tried the new Melted Cheesy Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely worth trying. The boneless wings came out piping hot, too. Happy about that! What really stood out was the service: the manager in the chef coat actually brought our food out to the table and was incredibly polite, and another manager stopped by later to check that everything was perfect. Our waitress, Hannah, was also an absolute delight. Top-notch service and great food!

Stopped here after a movie on Friday night. The place was busy but not super busy as we got our table immediately. We got a variety of dishes on the menu. All was decent. Food came out at the same time. Fries were stone cold. Steak cooked as ordered. Salad was palatable with crispy chicken a bit dry. Ribs were flavorful and came off the bones easily. We appreciate the setup of this restaurant. The floor was partitioned with glass panels. Noise level was reduced significantly allowing a relatively quiet eating environment. Service was good. We did not have to wait long for anything. If the quality of food improves, this can potentially be our go to local restaurant.

Went with a group of 10 on a late Saturday night. They pushed tables together that partially blocked the aisle because the servers worked in that section only. They did well, forgot a few things but overall took care of us. I believe everyone enjoyed the food because none complained. I was able to enjoy my people so it was a good experience.
