Visited when it was completely empty, which may have biased my opinion. My only comment was that the prices seemed high. Although I took home half my food because the portion sizes are quite large, which is why I don't fault them for being a bit expensive. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in years, so I was surprised how good it was. I had the Caesar salad and chicken parm. Both were delicious.

this is the best applebees i’ve ever visited by far. the entire staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment i walked in. our waitress was so kind and attentive. the food came out hot and tasted great. the managers were very involved and has this place on their A game. management also seemed to work very well with all of the employees and everyone seemed happy. ive worked at multiple chain restaurants in my life so it’s easy for me to tell when a restaurant has good management...

Had an amazing experience at this Applebee’s today for lunch. We tried the new Melted Cheesy Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely worth trying. The boneless wings came out piping hot, too. Happy about that! What really stood out was the service: the manager in the chef coat actually brought our food out to the table and was incredibly polite, and another manager stopped by later to check that everything was perfect.
