The food was horrible, the cookie was crumbhad to wait forever. They need to really close this business down. I don't see why it's still open to be quite honest. A total waste of my money coming through that drive through. I should have won a couple of feet down and want to Burger King. Then again I was an out of town or visiting family so I don't know if there any good either. Anything would have been better than a service that I received at this location.

I waited in line for 40min at the drive thru. I ordered 3 items and they screwed one of the up so had to wait an additional 15
The employee were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable! Service was great and food was hot. The closed the one by me in NJ. I am eagerly awaiting the one opening in Pburg, NJ. Hopefully the service will be as good it was in Easton, PA.
I had roast beef that was too rare at this location. I normally like Arby's roast beef, but will not chance this location again.2023: Tried this location again and everything was cooked properly.
Unfriendly cashier. I never had problems with anyone else but this cashier came off lazy. I kept getting credit card errors. She kept walking away from me giving me the rolling eyes at 10 am when I wanted brunch. I said food for to go and she gives it to me for to go. She didn't bother to ask if I wanted crinkly or regular fries. I asked her "what is your problem?!" She responded "nothing is the problem". I get it's the morning. She clearly looked like she didn't want to be there. I didn't know her name but she had black hair in a ponytail. She gave me attitude when I ordered the cheese steak. Some people there just need to be fired or get a talking to from the higher ups. Burger King also has this problem with illegal immigration management and toxic management in the morning. Fast food has gone to hell since the pandemic. Not my fault people act like they don't want to work. It's theirs.

The employees were kind and trying their best but they are clearly understaffed. The condiments area was so sticky. My BF said the men’s restroom was one of the worst he’s ever seen (or smelled!). After waiting for our food 25 minutes we were finally told they’re out of burgers. They refunded us and we left hungry :-(
