I ordered Arby’s for lunch on 08/14/25. There were ants in my drink. Upon calling the location, the employee who answered the phone, denied the allegations. There is no other way the nine ants got into my Sprite other than from the drink machine itself.

This place needs new workers, the rudest people. Went to drive-thru for ONE SANDWHICH, nothing else. Couldnt get it right, disappeared with my credit card for minutes, had to pull teeth to get napkins with my beef and cheddar. Seriously get your restaurant together. I dont know if i will come back to this place.

Drive through is horrible. I waited 5 minutes nobody takes my order. After the wait, they finally responded and got my order. Guy was so rude, l love Arby’s but the roasted sandwiches are the worst l have ever had.
I love Arby's food unfortunately I would say 4 out of 5 times that I go there they forget to put something like the main sandwich in the bag

Terrible Service. We had to wait outside in the parking lot for 10+ minutes. Waited too long so went inside and apparently they weren't even done with my order yet because they were out of curly fries so had to get normal fries instead. YOU'RE ARBY'S HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CURLY FRIES? Guy serving me barely spoke any English. Chicken Tenders are hard as a rock. I suggest avoiding this place and going somewhere else
