Billy's had a calm, bright atmosphere which made my dining experience very pleasant. I got their lavender latte which was very well made! Absolutely recommend!

Me and my mom come here breakfast most of time good is descent but not all that favor is very mild but in the bathroom they have a speaker on top of your head while you use the bathroom which is very loud and pee all over the toilet seats waitress was very forgetful and misinforming us about things on the menu she said we don’t serve blue berry pancakes but the person behind us ordered it not very fast service which I would say is very slow to take your order but come ins fast which is good but I would recommend they clean up the bathrooms everything 1 hour cause people are very disrespectful and disgusting in Easton pa

We love to stop by whenever we are in town! They always have something enticing on the menu. Definitely more pricey than a "diner" but also much more upscale!

Good food but wear your earplugs for when they reorganize the entire restaurant, dragging chairs and tables all over, during your meal.

It is definitely worth stopping and trying if you have never been. They are also open for lunch/dinner. It is BYOB.They have tasty choices for all times of the day to eat.Great service , peaceful atmosphere. Delicious food.Parking: Street parking. Meters.

Great brunch spot. Good size menu with a variety of choices. The service was quick and on point. I got the chorizo omelet and holiday special French toast. The omelet came with a side of papas (home fries) and two pieces of large Texas buttered toast. The French toast has a mix of berries and whipped cream cheese. Both dishes were tasty and freshly made. Can't wait to come back and try the bowls everyone raves about.

Too expensive for the quality of food you get. We waited a while for our food. I ordered the eggs benedict. My friend ordered BLT benedict. They give you two eggs each. The eggs were overcooked. The yoke should run out when you cut it but it didn't. All 4 eggs were dried up. The home fries (papas) were underseasoned. I had to add a lot of salt, pepper, ketchup to them. I expected more for the price. I had better for cheaper at Perkins and they're not a bistro atmosphere like this.
