For several years I've frequented the Breakfast Table with my running pals, my wife and most often with my toddler grandsons. The coffee is consistently great as is the food. It's a welcoming place due to the GREAT staff.

this place is definitely one of the best eating establishments I've been to. I personally try to go in once a week. The food is always top tier, and the staff is some of the most personable people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They remembered who I was, pretty much only after a few times of being there and they make sure to take great care of their repeat customers. This is the best breakfast spot in Easton!!! We are so thankful we live close. The servers, Alyssa and Susan, make you feel like family. They are so friendly, kind and attentive. The food NEVER disappoints!! They have rotating specials that are always so delicious. Whether it’s breakfast burritos, omelette, pancakes, or their breakfast potatoes, everything always comes out hot and incredible! Highly highly recommend coming to enjoy their food, you will have a great meal and be greeted with smiles. Just remember they are cash only and close at 1:00 during the week :)

The food was extremely low quality. The veggie burrito was dripping wet and soggy, so much grease. The pancakes have 5x the vanilla they should have, and the "whipped cream" was entirely chemical as it did not melt at all on top of hot pancakes. The breakfast sandwich with sausage was made with sausage links instead of a pattie for some reason.
All of us now have stomach aches from all the grease. And the cash only thing is entirely a tax scam. There are MUCH better breakfast options close by.

Stopped in to The Breakfast Table in Easton after having some people tell me to try a breakfast sandwich. Asked the woman who helped me with the order what meat she suggested and she said bacon. Bacon egg and cheese, No SPK. She was friendly. The establishment is cash only and the sandwich was $8.
The flavor on this was good. The Kaiser was solid which isn’t always the case in the Lehigh Valley. Seemed to be 3 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, and cheese. The egg yolk was left slightly runny which I enjoy from time to time. For the price I’d have preferred a bit more bacon…but this is the world we live in now I suppose. Prices just continue to escalate.
The Breakfast Table - Didn’t Suck, but it’d really be more enjoyable at $1-$2 less.
I highly recommend the Breakfast Table!! Amazing fresh, delicious food, huge portions, cozy atmosphere. Fast svc. Wonderful family and staff, Outdoor seating. The owner Brian is a super friendly, talented guy with a great work ethic. I've known him for 44 yrs since HS!
He even worked for my father at his business for a while. Great asset!!
