Buffalo Wild Wings – Easton, PA
We finally stopped in after my daughter gave us a gift card… two years ago 😄 and I’m glad we did. It’s clearly a sports bar, so there are tons of TVs everywhere. That’s not usually my thing, but everything was clean and the seating was comfortable.
Our waiter was awesome: super patient, friendly, and great at taking our order. I wish I remembered his name—he had curly hair and a really nice, welcoming smile, which truly made the experience better.
The food was good overall, though fair warning if you’re sensitive to spice (like me!)—some items definitely bring the heat. We had the appetizer sampler, triple bacon cheeseburger, cheesesteak, and a buffalo chicken wrap. Even the mild sauce on the wrap was a lot to handle according to my daughter—whoooo!
The side salad was just okay; if you’re picky about salad dressing, you might want to bring your own.
All in all, we enjoyed our visit. I just wish we didn’t live about an hour away from the nearest location. We stopped here on our way back to Reading, PA after dropping family off at the Cape Liberty Cruise Port, and it was a nice break along the way.
Would definitely go again when we’re in the area.

Horrible experience, waited over an hour from ordering appetizers and never received food, or had anyone check in. When we stood up to pay for our beers since our food never arrived two more beers showed up which we did not order. Waitress looked at us stunned like we were the problem, never said a word to us and just handed us the bill. Very odd interaction.

I sit at one of the bar hightops. And I’m sitting there a solid 3-4 mins… and that’s not a Karen 3 to 4 minutes, that’s a real life 3-4 while
I’m waiting to be greeted. There were no less than 7 employees, one of which I’m pretty sure was a manager, sitting in the bar area eating takeout food from another restaurant. Someone finally notices me, yet doesn’t greet me, throw a menu at me, make eye contact, nothing… Walks over to the table where all the employee are like it’s apparently break time at 7:30 pm, and next thing I know there’s no less than four people straight up staring at me and not like a quick glance to assess the situation, like you stared entirely too long. At what who knows, is a one top wild to you?? Or is it the fact someone even tried to sit down for service? I walked out so no one needed to figure out who was going to work tonight.
I placed a mobile order in the app with a set pick up time for half hour after I placed order. I spent almost $70 and the food was all shoved in one bag and falling out I had to ask for napkins and a second bag. We just got home and opened the food and garbage. What a waste of time and money. How could you actually serve this to someone ? I’ve worked in this industry for over 25 years. This is unacceptable.

It’s your typical Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one had a TouchTunes, which was refreshing. I was able to control the music and set the vibe in the place. Disclaimer: the TouchTunes had a pretty limited selection of artists and songs, but it was still enjoyable overall.

I just about gave up on this chain. It is extremely inconsistent, and food is usually cold. If I was a betting man I would guess that the cooks had to pay for your French fries with their own money, as Buffalo Wild Wings is constantly greedy to provide an adequate amount of fries that are always served old and cold.

Absolutely horrible service! The food came out cold too! Go somewhere else! The service workers only cared about the customers who were there to watch football. It took 10 minutes to get us our waters. It wasn’t even super busy, everyone around us had been served already! Never gave us napkins or cutlery for our boneless wings. All the workers including the MANAGER was just standing around on their phones. There were dirty tables all around us. When we finally asked for the check it took another 10 minutes just to get it to us! I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings and it was a good go to place but this was the worst experience and will never be back!

I've been there several weeks ago. Food was bad. Not the same wings what I remember from years ago, might of been different location food. Service ? The barman cause I at the bar wasn't too interested in me at all. He wasnt rude but I felt like a ghost there where the place was almost a empty. Prolly last time for me

My ethnic friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings hoping to enjoy a good meal. Unfortunately, after sitting for 15 minutes with no one coming to check on us, we were asked to separate because there were “not enough servers for everyone”. So then why would we be split up?!?!?!?! Anyway, we went across the street to Applebees where we were seated immediately and had a much better experience. I am disgusted by that customer service and I refuse to visit this location, especially when Applebees is across the street.
