The whopper with cheese should be called a mayonnaise burger. There was so much mayonnaise, that when I bid into it, mayonnaise oozed all over my hands. Also unfortunately, on a hot day, they decided to scrimp on the air conditioning. It was probably 80° inside the restaurant.

i doordashed an order, order was no complete and the person on the phone made it my fault and told me to go and get it after having it delivered to me. The person called me degrading names on the phone. i wouldn’t suggest this location.

Ordered Uber Eats for a burger and fries/onioj ring mix for $26 + tip. Nyzaya- The Manager calls me an hour after my order was placed to inform me that someone came into the restaurant and picked up my order. That we would remake it for me and not charge me. He stated it has been happening alot.
I truly appreciate him for reaching out to let me know. Being I waited over an hr for my food. Not many restaurant managers would care. This guy will make it far in hospitality!

Horrible service. I arrived 30 mins before 1AM. On Google it says this location is open until 1AM which is why I went there. Went to the drive thru, after being greeted I asked for the 2 for $5 was refused service and was told they were closed. When I asked what time they closed the employee said 12:30AM yet online say 1am. Why greet me if you’re closed and not state that once entering the drive thru before I place an order. This place just wanted to refuse service. I’m going to make a corporate complaint as well. They deserve ZERO stars

This is the worst bk ever! Every time I order from there it's always an issue. They are always missing items they are rude and don't care. I order chicken sandwich buy 1 get 1 free they never give the items out the right way! They sent me Hershey pie...lol what a joke this bk is. They are idiots!

Ordered a double cheeseburger with onion and a small fry. Cold burgers, unmelted cheese, no mustard, smallest onions I could imagine , bun was cold and dry like it was left out. Fries were moderately warm. My order was unfinished when I arrived and I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. Was also asked if this order was for me. The screen surely tells you what type of order it is. Will never come here again. Terrible experience.
