There was this fella called Zachariah who I called asking them for a special favor. I asked him to mail me 600 whoppers to a party in Texas. He immediately said no and then complained about the process and didn't even try to negotiate anything. I was hoping that there would be some help I could get to make it work but not even that! If you want anything out of this place don't get Zachariah.

please stop closing 20 to 30 minutes early... I ordered my food at 1230 and got there at 1240 20 minutes till close sat at the speaker and nothing went up to the window and everyone was cleaning up im most certain I was being ignored it was definitely obvious I was there. if you really can't be open till 1am please have it posted somewhere and turn off mobile ordering...

Took my son here to grab a bite for dinner after shopping for Halloween costumes. After ordering my food I noticed a bug fall from the ceiling into the counter and staff just acted as if nothing happened. They weren't busy, but still managed to not get our order correct. Not the BK that I would regularly visit. ??♀️

I only gave them 3 stars because of the excessive wait time, and I believe they are understaffed. I ordered my meal on the app and waited in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes before receiving my order. If I was able to get out of the line, I would've. The female who waited on me at the drive-thru window was very professional and apologized for the long wait. I don't blame her for the excessive time it took to receive my order. My food was fresh, and you could tell she was making sure everyone's order was correct and still hot.
