Place was really busy. Still, the staff was polite and very quick. The food was pretty good too. Felt bad for the workers for how packed the place was.

Service was horrible! The first young man we dealt with said they were overwhelmed, there was hardly anyone there. We get to the 2nd window to pay and they hand me an order that wasn’t even mine! No one knew what they were doing, it was ridiculous. They had no idea which order was mine. I was given a bag and told here is the rest of your order. I hadn’t even paid yet. One girl came to the window, rattled off my order which was correct and I still got the wrong stuff. Then she slammed the window shut on me for no reason, she was so rude! What is happening to this younger generation. No work ethic, and rude to customers it’s crazy!! 20 minutes in line and $45 (for 3 people) later. Will never go there again!

Everything disgusting. I went there got a kids meal and the fries were salty. I refused to give them to my child after trying them. I contacted the store and they told me get a refund on the app. I should’ve went with my first choice which was McDonald’s. Do better BURGER KING

Not sure why they only take one order at a time in the drive thru. If you come here you will be waiting at least 20 min just to order and another 10-15 min for food...plus another 5min for what they forgot to put in your bag.
