Not sure why they only take one order at a time in the drive thru. If you come here you will be waiting at least 20 min just to order and another 10-15 min for food...plus another 5min for what they forgot to put in your bag.

25 min drive thru wait and the entire order was wrong! Guy was rude and obnoxious. Over charged us and never gave a receipt plus the order is not showing up on the app. Tried to over charge ($50) on a $35 order! Probably pocketed the cash since that was our form of payment. Guy swore in front of toddler in car and the supervisor working. Management didn’t do anything to curb the excessive wait time Ong the drive thru. Plus miniature sized ice cream cone and no straws or sauces in the bag!

The worst BK I’ve ever been to. Waited half an hour in drive thru with only 4 car in front! When finally got impossible whooper it was the worst ever. I only opted out of onion but this burger was so empty, barely had any green salad. Photo for the reference.

My boy JC was the best employee to ever grace me at this location. When he said that I ruled, it absolutely made my day. When i got that Crown from him I almost squealed in joy.

food is exquisite. The number #7 only lettuce and cheese large, with a sprite of course. PHENOMENAL. Would 100% recommend. my taste buds are absolutely pleased. I had a bit of urine drip down my leg onto the floor, whoopsies! It was amazing i love you 3706 Nazareth highway. i love you so much.

Although not screwing around, no sense of urgency of the two kids there. As always nowadays, desprioritize in-store customers, and serve the drive through first... Although that isn't any better. Within the last month Schoenersville Road, whistle 2 employees walking back inside after a smoke break but then I waited 10 minutes in line for the attendant to take my order and no one ever showed up despite me calling out. So I went to the Burger King on 191 Nazareth road, and had to wait in line 14 minutes for a burger and fries. BK should rename itself BS

Honestly wish I could leave no stars.At 7:25 on a Sunday night the manager locks the doors cause she's overwhelmed? Fine, I'll happily pay more to eat anywhere else than this dump. Not only do I hope the manager looses her job, I really wish after reading all the one star reviews corporate cleans house and figures out if it's worth keeping this location open anymore.

the most abysmal excuse for 'fast' food I've ever seen. They literally serve one customer at a time you can't do that. They will almost always use 'understaffed' as an excuse. that excuse doesn't work when I can see 6-7 employees doing different things. do better

The GM is rude always had a attitude tords others my friend recently walked away from them she was sick proier weeks then proceeded with documented of care she threatened to fire her then she has chest pains n sick again they had no knowledge of it when she told a manger now it she would have had a heart attack or something then what she told her to go on break nasty as hell I wouldn't recommend to work there they lie and have favorites allot

I do not recommend this place to anyone. It doesn’t have enough staff members to even keep it open but they are. The manager had a bad attitude that it makes anyone uncomfortable. It took 30 minutes just to get my food. I will never step foot in this place ever again. Ya have been warned
