Amazing experience with the most delectable food. Beautiful, charming atmosphere. Menu was impressive to say the least. The starter was a spinach Artichoke dip, super creamy, utterly delicious. Next up, African peanut stew, great flavors and once topped with Sriracha, was completely over the top. Creamy mac and cheese, and the cauliflower wings, with hot sauce, ranch sauce and bar b que sauce. Last but not least, chocolate bread pudding, with, my favorite hot chocolate ever, spicy Mayan hot chocolate. Cannot wait to re-create this menu at home. Fantastic night out! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Will definitely be back! Wldid not get photos of everything ( sorry!) But here is what we captured!

Found Butterhead at a Mercy Vegan Pop-up in Bethlehem, Pa. Brought home some of their small batch mozzarella cheez. Very tasteful, nice texture, spreads well on bread. Got Thanksgiving takeout. Wonderful and tasty meal. Enough for 2 large servings and then some for breakfast. Updated from previous review on 2024-12-01

We picked up a vegan thanksgiving meal that was delicious, well packaged and came with clear storage and reheating instructions. I didn’t have to cook and had a nice relaxing meal today! My favorite dish was the “sausage” stuffing with mushroom gravy

We had the gluten free Mexican menu and it was so good! Delicious and filling. Jason has great explanations throughout and is so thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

An amazing experience for any group that likes food (vegan or not). The pacing, the flavors, the environment, the learning, the eating! This is truly a hidden gem. Oh, and they have a perfect gluten free menu available.

From start to finish, this was an awesome team building experience! Jason answered all of my questions and communicated so well every step of the way! He accommodated allergies and preferences with ease! The space was beautiful, private, and relaxing! His demonstration was interactive and we all learned so much - from the seasoned Vegans on our team to the Vegan curious! Each dish tasted absolutely fresh and delicious! Jason is a wonder to be around. He created an experience to come in and relax, all while he cooks for you. He holds events throughout the Lehigh Valley in local businesses and at festivals. His products are scattered throughout as well, including Easton Public Market and Green Earth Market in Emmaus. I have been to multiple events, trying different menu items and I have also been to his location with a group of 8 people and had a full meal demonstration. On top of that, he offers meals for the holidays and private dining around special events. I highly recommend planning a night at Butterhead in Easton or going to one of his events throughout the valley. He makes being vegan easy.

We had a fun time with friends at Butterhead Kitchen! Jason is an amazing chef and taught us all so much! Even if you are not Vegan you will love the opportunity to taste Jason’s creations!! We will look forward to enjoying all the treats we took home and trying some of the recipes on our own!

We have loved this company from the day we found it a few years ago. They sometimes attend vegan markets where they always sell out! Their stuff is carried various places locally but we stock up at Highmark Farm Stand in the Easton Public Market. We have also had them cater meals at our retreat center and everyone raves, especially about their charcuterie boards which are full of homemade cheese & meats (vegan of course!!) Whether you go take a class, or find their fresh goods to take home, or need an amazing plant based catering option… you cannot go wrong here!

I've had the pleasure of attending a couple of the cooking demos, and I'm blown away. Jason makes it a super fun evening for everyone, where you eat a great meal and learn about cooking some very tasty dishes. Everything is made simple enough for anyone to try, and you walk away with all the recipes. Way better than a dinner out at a restaurant, and a great place for vegans to bring non-vegan friends, so they can see how fabulous food can be without animal products. Some nice homemade vegan products like cheese and pepperoni for sale too. Butterhead kitchen is a game changer. Just wish they could be in multiple locations.

Jason was great! Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Great tips and tricks. I loved that he gave a shopping list and recipes to take with. The food was excellent!

We had an amazing time with the most delicious food made for us tonight! A group of 7 friends, none are vegan but all are considering after our meal! So much fun! Will be doing this again and bringing the husband’s next time:)

I work with Jason on a quarterly basis to host pop up vegan cooking demos for our apartment residents at City Center Allentown. He is highly professional, easy to work with, and provides our residents a great experience. I would highly recommend working with him!

So far I've tried the pepperoni, "tuna" salad and fresh mozzarella. All super delicious!
