Amazing dinner. Very private meal at an incredible estate. It’s byob. 4 course meal features a wonderful French onion soup, shrimp a killer veal osso buco with the best gravy and a unique grand marnier soufflé. The tour of the estate was superb. Plan for at least 3 hours. Worth it

I had two of their pies, one pepperoni and the other a balsamic vinegar and sausage glazed pizza. The balsamic glazed sausage pizza isn’t something I would have ever thought to order, but I’m glad we did because it was amazing!!!! What sold me on the quality was when I warmed it up in the oven the two days following and it was just as delicious!!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again fellas for your hospitality!!!

The Cavallo’s continue to be the ultimate customer conscious family. Exquisite offerings and service with Easton’s best rendition of true “fine dining”. Don’t go to dine, go to experience, what a total dining event should capture. But while we’re in our CV predicament, stop in for a masterfully prepared pizza or slice of Orange Cake to die for!

Hidden gem of 611!!! The atmosphere inside is cozy with substantial seating outdoors as well. Highly recommend!!!

This is a new ice cream stop you could easily drive past without seeing, but they have banners along the road to alert you. Very friendly employees. Beautiful grounds. Hershey’s ice cream never fails to disappoint! The soft service was icy, more like ice milk (we prefer creamy).
La Locanda del Cavallo is absolutely spectacular! This was not a meal, but an experience. Every course made me think that the experience couldn't get any better, but then it did- absolutely exceeding my expectations. You can taste the love and dedication in every bite! Thank you for making my husband's birthday dinner so special. I can't wait to return.

I wanted my family members to have special memories of our weekend together and our evening surpassed every expectation.. Brando was our chef for the evening. We arrived at 6:30 and we dined until 10pm. Plenty of time to share laughter and memories with family members without being rushed. There isn’t anything new I can say about the food that you won’t read in subsequent reviews. They were very mindful of my daughters gluten-free diet, making special allowances for her. The food was exquisite and Brandi had made a special birthday cake for us to take home, in addition to the chocolate mousse and Grand Mariner soufflé that was served at the table! . If you want to feel special, do yourself a favor and make a reservation- you won’t be disappointed. It will be an evening forever embedded in your memory bank!

Took my family for a very special birthday and we'd all rate it a 10. Brando was cooking for us and every course was exquisite. We arrived at 6:30 and finished after 10. Very leisurely time to spend between courses, though we enjoyed strolling in the gardens, visiting Brando in the kitchen and touring the beautiful home with antiques the family brought from Italy. We began with French Onion Soup, followed by ravioli, seafood medley (scallops and lobster), salad, our entrees were filet - that melted in my mouth, veal, duck and fish. The entrees were all pre-ordered. Topped it off with a chocolate mousse, cappuccino, Grand Mariner soufflé. Then he brought out a birthday cake for us to take home. A very memorable evening. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

My wife chose Cavallos' to celebrate my 70th birthday. We were greeted at the front entrance and was asked if we had a reservation. She gave him our name and they told us at first that we were not on the list. My wife told them she had set up our dinner reservation with Shirley Cavallo, owner, within the past 2 days. The chef and waiter looked at each other quizzically and said they might have an opening for a 70 year old birthday boy! We laughed and thus began a memorable evening. The food was perfection! We were also taken on a tour of the restaurant and magnificent grounds. It was special we felt like family. Thanks again, we'll be back!
