A friend of mine had told me about Chick-fil-A I'm like what is Chick-fil-A she said you have to try it so I went and tried it you guys are the bomb very very good I give you 10 Stars you're the tops keep up the good work you almost hit my Dairy Queen right out of the ballpark and I like Dairy Queen

We recently visited Chick-fil-A and, as always, the food and service were fantastic. A big selling point for our toddler was the play area—he loves earning the chance to play, and as a picky eater, this was a huge motivator for our family.
Unfortunately, our visit didn’t go as smoothly as hoped. After earning his playtime, it was abruptly cut short because the play area was overrun with older children who were jumping, climbing over him, and running through the space. He was nearly knocked over several times, and there was no staff member present to address these behaviors or ensure the play area remained safe.
We kindly request that the play area be monitored more carefully. Chick-fil-A is excellent at managing food and drinks, and it would be great to see the same level of attention given to the safety of the play space.

Good service, although there were only 2 people ringing on the registers inside & the drive through line was full. I ordered Mac & cheese, & didn’t receive a full cup, as well as there was hair in it. When I received my drink there was soda spilled down the side of it which I had to clean off. I look in my fries & it’s all ends & bits of fries, with only about 5 full fries. The people in the back preparing & bagging food had NO GLOVES ON, at all. I didn’t see one single person have gloves on from the people ringing the register in store & through the drive through to the people grabbing the hot food & putting it in the bags. Only 1/2 of the staff had hair nets on, some of the people bagging the food & running food out did not have hair nets on. I used to go to this chick fil a consistently & I have to say I am disappointed with the way the staff & management handles food safety & cleanliness.

It is probably one of the busiest fast food place in the Lehigh Valley, and now come here everyday for lunch for 4 days in a row now while on my lunch break. I have successfully gotten food one of those four times, the other times I had to leave to go clock back in and didn't get my lunch. I love this restaurant. I love their food, but a multi-million dollar corporation that does this much business should have more than one cash to work in at a time. Especially during the peak hours

I did not get the order I paid for. When I called and asked for them deliver the missing item, I was told they can't do that. Well guess what! I can't drive back. Maybe they should have a quality control team instead of worrying about how many drive up lanes they can operate.

JoAnne has wonderful customer service and was very patient and informative with me for my first visit. There were a lot of patrons at this locations and even though she didn’t have a cash drawer, she stayed friendly, calm, and smiled. Thank you!
