We recently visited Chick-fil-A and, as always, the food and service were fantastic. A big selling point for our toddler was the play area—he loves earning the chance to play, and as a picky eater, this was a huge motivator for our family.

Good service, although there were only 2 people ringing on the registers inside & the drive through line was full. I ordered Mac & cheese, & didn’t receive a full cup, as well as there was hair in it. When I received my drink there was soda spilled down the side of it which I had to clean off. I look in my fries & it’s all ends & bits of fries, with only about 5 full fries. The people in the back preparing & bagging food had NO GLOVES ON, at all. I...
