Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was amazing just how it used to be years ago, the staff was so friendly and nice !
This location went down hill during the pandemic and I stopped coming for awhile, the staff at the time seemed like they hated their lives, food was awful and the place was always a huge mess. Yesterday when I went in it reminded me of how good Chipotle and this location used to be. The food was perfect ! I'll def be back

Shoutout to whoever is managing this place now. We own Earthwise Pet pretty much next door and i’ve been going here probably too much since we opened. The service was hit or miss for a while there but since they brought in new people and management it’s been killer. Super friendly people, great vibes, and pretty good portions.

This Chipotle was great compared to some others. The wait was quick and I was able to get my bowl. There were plenty of of places to sit as well. I always get the same thing, a veggie bowl. The portions were good compared to some other Chipotles. I did try the new adobo ranch, do note that it is an up charge. I liked it, but it does have a little kick. Overall this chipotle location is good.

Food portions are really small for the price you pay! These workers are always unwelcoming and always in a bad mood.
This location is the closet to me and is always dirty! Tables are always dirty and the garbage is always overflowing! Please get these employees some customer service training and keep the place clean!!

Food is good. However they never have the fajita veggies as the online menu shows. Also our last pickup was finally ready 25 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Not even many people there so no idea why. Don't expect it to ever be ready at the time you schedule for

I guess my review was deleted. I went here last Thursday and had a horrible experience with the girls working up front. No customer service skills, extremely slow moving line.

No lettuce, steak, queso or forks available on a Saturday at 5:30. How is there no lettuce when you are literally in the same parking lot as a ShopRite!

Also, they finally had workers but most of the tables were extremely dirty in the dining area.

every time i order from the orders are always mixed up or half of what i requested is not in my bowl or burrito. as if there’s no more food. they close at 10 why am i missing half of my bowl.

Ate here on a wed night at dinner time. Restaurant was filthy. Going thru the que as I am ordering the portion size was trash. Bowl was half full. I complained and was told it's normal. Garbage cans overflowing, not to mention the bathroom was disgusting. Staff seemed like they didn't care. Don't go to this location.

The attached picture is supposed to be double protein. This was approximately 20 dollars. This chipotle in particular is extremely stingy with their portions.

So 40 bucks later, we got 3 bowls not at all as ordered. Ugh. No thanks, I can make rice, open a can of beans and forget chicken, lettuce and cheese. I really can.

The food was pretty good (albeit a little skimpy), but the place itself was trashed. Every table was dirty, garbage overflowing, and a lot of young staff just kind of standing around looking less than motivated. Staff was inattentive and distracted when ordering. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I will try a different location next time.

Normally out of multiple items. Appears to be a very short staffed or poorly managed location. Can be very busy which exacerbates the issue.
