Food portions are really small for the price you pay! These workers are always unwelcoming and always in a bad mood.
This location is the closet to me and is always dirty! Tables are always dirty and the garbage is always overflowing! Please get these employees some customer service training and keep the place clean!!

Food is good. However they never have the fajita veggies as the online menu shows. Also our last pickup was finally ready 25 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Not even many people there so no idea why. Don't expect it to ever be ready at the time you schedule for

I guess my review was deleted. I went here last Thursday and had a horrible experience with the girls working up front. No customer service skills, extremely slow moving line.

No lettuce, steak, queso or forks available on a Saturday at 5:30. How is there no lettuce when you are literally in the same parking lot as a ShopRite!

Also, they finally had workers but most of the tables were extremely dirty in the dining area.

every time i order from the orders are always mixed up or half of what i requested is not in my bowl or burrito. as if there’s no more food. they close at 10 why am i missing half of my bowl.

Ate here on a wed night at dinner time. Restaurant was filthy. Going thru the que as I am ordering the portion size was trash. Bowl was half full. I complained and was told it's normal. Garbage cans overflowing, not to mention the bathroom was disgusting. Staff seemed like they didn't care. Don't go to this location.

The attached picture is supposed to be double protein. This was approximately 20 dollars. This chipotle in particular is extremely stingy with their portions.

So 40 bucks later, we got 3 bowls not at all as ordered. Ugh. No thanks, I can make rice, open a can of beans and forget chicken, lettuce and cheese. I really can.

The food was pretty good (albeit a little skimpy), but the place itself was trashed. Every table was dirty, garbage overflowing, and a lot of young staff just kind of standing around looking less than motivated. Staff was inattentive and distracted when ordering. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I will try a different location next time.

Normally out of multiple items. Appears to be a very short staffed or poorly managed location. Can be very busy which exacerbates the issue.

If I could I would leave a zero star. This is not the first bad experience there have been to many and it has came redicouls. It all started when I had to wait 20 mins for the food first. Then every time I am at this location there have been changes in workers every week this should just show something. If anything this place should be out of business. Half the time I come and they never have half the supplies they should have. Today was just horrible, my quesadilla was melted in to the aluminum foil and the sad part is the food was cold and not even melted it was pure cheese. Then the chips oh don’t even get me started. The chip was floppy and pure dough and the amount of salt. Then the rice had zero flavor. And lastly the guacamole you wouldn’t ever think this is supposed to be a Mexican based restraunt. This needs to be fixed

The wait was pretty long when we got there. My steak bowl was cold and salty, our chips were so salty and soggy we couldn’t even eat them, garbage was piled up all over. We got a steak bowl, steak burrito, side of queso, bag of chips and two drinks for $40, especially since they rang us up for a brisket burrito which cost more and we didn’t know until we got home. Definitely won’t be coming back here at all. Do yourself a favor and go to a real Mexican restaurant, you’ll get better food for the same price 🤷🏼‍♀️
