The worst chipotle I have ever been too. 3 times now I went and they were out of one of the core things like meat, cheese, corn, sour cream. The workers are lazy, rude, and will lie to your face (other than the long blonde hair girl.) You can see the items they are “out” of sitting behind the employees and they will refuse to refill it and will lie and say they are “out”

Rude employee's. Missing ingredients. No one comes to the window when you pull up. When you go in tk pick up your order cause they refuse to acknowledge there even is a window they have an attitude. She said something like we have to wait longer for someone to come tk the window. Mind you she was standing right next to it. the ingredients were missing from my burrito that I ordered online. And the bowl was also missing ingredients. Terrible Terrible experience. I haven't ordered Chipotle in a few years and I will not be returning especially to this establishment.

I have visited this establishment on several occasions and have consistently encountered issues related to meat availability and overall cleanliness. Despite having a staff of eight individuals, they seem to lack proper planning and foresight, resulting in frequent shortages of meat. Additionally, the staff appears to be young and inexperienced, leading to a disorganized and messy work environment. Due to these recurring problems, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I just came to Chipotle to place an order inside and the front door is locked. The time is 6:05pm I am wondering why. Everytime there is an issue at this store. Went to the drive thru to ask why the doors are locked the employee response was they are short staffed. Also they are playing rap music inside this is not nice at all. Will never be coming back to this Chipotle in Easton Nazareth

Staff was nice but it's too bad they have to be skimpy on portions. Paying over $11 for half a plate of food is kinda ridiculous. Plus one of the employees that was cooking was so loud about her personal drama, didn't seem appropriate since it was pretty obvious customers could hear her. I was looking forward to eating here since I can't get out much anymore but was disappointed.

Came in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Just for someone to tell me they’re out of what I want. Every time I’ve been here it’s at least 10-15 minutes waiting. I understand being out of stuff but someone could tell me they’ll be with me in a moment. Understaffed or the current staff just don’t care. Probably a management issue. This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve been to.
I got my food pretty quick for getting there at 6 pm. The restaurant was not the tidiest and service seemed a little slow (or understaffed idk). My bowl was not really the best I've had but it was still good lol

Overall had a good experience, employees were very friendly and super help as I don't come often, only reason for a 4 star is because it seemed like none of the tables had been wiped down after other people had left. I would definitely come back though
