One of the worst chipotle’s I have ever visited. Corporate needs to audit this location. Had one person working the line at 5:30pm on a weekday. Then the manager is clearly talking loud saying the staff coming in doesn’t know how to work the line. Lady get it together and jump in and help now just complain for all 12 people in line to hear.

Whenever I go into a place and see the floor is dirty and all the tables are dirty and the garbage is overflowing. It's not good. Now. I have to wonder how dirty it is behind the counter. This was my first time to Chipotle and my last.
This establishment needs to figure something out. I shouldn’t be waiting for 10 minutes at the pickup window with cars behind me just for the worker to grab my already made order off the shelf and hand it to me. Not like the place was busy either…

Extremely disappointing experience. There were about 10 employees just standing around talking and staring at us while we waited for help. After waiting for five minutes, we politely asked for assistance, only to be rudely told to wait even longer. When I tried to explain the situation, one of the employees actually argued with me instead of trying to help. Terrible customer service — no sense of urgency or respect for customers.

Ordered ahead & Disappointed spending 50+ dollars on a dinner for the family And everything is smaller than should be portions, placed in a bag upside down, and seeping out the bottom when I got home… tacos slapped together like slop with “supposed to be romaine” spinach lol.

I honestly don’t know how this location keeps finding the most rude and lackadaisical staff, who completely switch out every few months. Maybe it’s my fault for ordering online and expecting proper service, but this place is just unbelievable. There is one staff member who is always amazing and upbeat, on the ball, and genuinely pleasant (aka my 2 stars) but everyone else seems completely checked out.
Today, I sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes with absolutely no movement before I had to reverse out in frustration. When I walked inside to grab my online order, there was a guy standing by the drive-thru window, he just stared at me for a good minute or two before greeting me and giving me my cold order. Meanwhile, i can see the guy in front of me in the drive-thru was still waiting, and another walk-in customer was told they wouldn’t be served because the team was “behind,” even though the front counter was full of prepared bowls. Several staff members were standing around doing nothing while only a few were actually cooking.
I don’t understand how this place continues to operate like this. Slow service, unhelpful staff, and no sense of urgency make this experience extremely frustrating. I NEVER leave reviews, but something seriously needs to be done about this location.

This place has definitely inspired me to either stay away from it or just start cooking steaks at home. The portions are insulting. I get a dash of protein, but a fist full of shredded cheese. This location must be run by someone who is on their knees for upper management.

The portion at this location is half of regular portion but the price is the same.
Whoever is in charge you need to listen to your customers. Brian is a manager here and he refused to fix the problem

Ordered online and never received our order. Delivery person was texting us in Spanish and couldn’t find our house. Left the order somewhere?! We could not get a person to answer at the store.
This Chipolte is terrible! They only had 1 person running to food line and she was wasn’t being speedy. The drink cooler was broken so drinks were warm. The fountain machine also had some flavors that were out of order. The garbage was full (and their plates don’t even fit in the tiny holes on the garbage can) and the tables were filthy. Bathroom was also dirty. I was going to order my husband a to-go order when my group was done dining in but when we sat down the line was out the door so I placed an online order which should have been ready by the time we were done eating, in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later they hadn’t even started to make it. When I asked them where the order was they simply said we’re behind. It took 45 minutes for them to make a burrito. Oh and their chips were STALE and they were out of several of the meats. Never ever going back there. You are better off going to the one near Harbor Freight.

The bowls are delicious, but quesadillas wasn’t good at all. Just my opinion I had much better.
