Completely messed up the order. Pointless ordering a sandwich the way you want it when they make it the way they want

We have tried this sandwich shop 3 times. The first time was amazing. The second time the order was wrong. The third time, the chicken cutlets were so salty and dry it was inedible.

Don't bother with big orders, they can't handle the pressure. Worker's are rude and they don't update their menu's. Sandwiches are small and too expensive ! If they want to learn how to make a proper hero maybe they should go to NYC to learn how it's done !!

Don't know if I'm gonna spell it right but the fuggetaboutit sandwich is no joke. Probably the best roast beef I've ever had on a sandwich. The staff was super friendly. The guy that makes the sandwiches pays so much attention to the little details. I was super impressed. Will definitely go back.

Was really impressed compared to a lot of sub places around Lehigh Valley. It was exactly what I was hoping for and was surprised that it was this thick and really good. It was filling but I'll say, it's tough to compare this to my favorite sub shop in Port Jervis, NY by Milford, PA. The subs there are HUGE for the same price. This sub was maybe 10". Definitely wish it was one of those larger, real subs you find in small towns but it did its job for the area. I also didn't realize that the Italian doesn't come with Mayo. Next time I will definitely request that next time. The meat was really fresh and great vinegar and oil mix. The girl that helped me with my order over the phone and when I went to go pick up the order was super nice and helpful. Very friendly. The place itself is pretty small but they do have a couple of tables outside where you can eat. They also have bags of chips inside that you can purchase. Overall will definitely come back.

Ciao in Allentown gives the Ciao brand a bad rep. Took 45 minutes for a simple salad and it came with bone in the chicken. Wtf!

Sandwiches loaded with Boar's Head meat and cheese. Delicious salads. This is now my new favorite hoagie spot!! Cannot go wrong with any of the choices, and they have some really great selections! Prices are great!

Great basic sandwich. The turkey was very fresh and well sliced. Great veggies. The rye bread good but not awesome. Nice place right near the heart of downtown Easton.

I ordered 2 antipasto salads. Very disappointing to say the least! The amount of lettuce in each salad was almost non-existent. Not worth the money.
