I had the most fantastic lox benedict, while the rest of my party had the cananoli waffle and the berry compote waffle that were also outright amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive, no waiting for a seat. Will be coming here regularly.

Waited 5 minutes till anyone even greeted me or my husband. Very inconsiderate. Tight space, not alot of tables. Overheard people were waiting for their food for awhile and leaving. Such a shame the service is bad, I really wanted to try this place.

I believe they have the best coffee and breakfast potatoes in the valley! Don't get me wrong, everything else is good as well but so many restaurants fail in the breakfast potato department! Theirs are well seasoned and well cooked to nice crisp!

I had the best experience at this diner today. The staff is very nice and the food is so good. I got the tuscan omelet and could not believe how fresh everything tasted. Also, gluten-free bread! I'll be back soon.
We were there this morning and loved it. We'll absolutely be back. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food and coffee were great. We love what the new owners have done with the place and we look forward to visiting again. Also, they had gluten free muffins, bread and bagels today. The dairy free milks were oat and almond. Enjoy!

I really enjoy the sense of community this cafe offers Easton! But it’s much more than a cafe to be honest! I’m craving one of those south west style sandwiches right now! Everything always taste fresh! From the bread to the guacamole! Mmmm! Weather I’m craving sweet or savory if I’m in this part of Easton before 2 I’ll be eating at the College Hill Cafe! One of my favorite memories was tailgating here before the Easton Pburg game this year! Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Thanks to the staff and thanks chef!

Food was fantastic! I had a chocolate chip pancake with a side of sausage. The pancake was soft and fluffy with just the right amount of chocolate chips and the sausage was cooked perfectly. I even asked for a taste of their sausage gravy which was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try other options. Rose the owner and her husband were very nice and I wish them all the best.
