Avoid on a busy night. My milkshake was warm / soupy and burger was slopped together with copious amounts of ketchup. I’ve been to this drive thru location in the afternoon several times recently and 5 stars across the board but not tonight.

Typical fast food restaurant clean good service better than Burger King or McDonald's in my opinion plus you can get yourself a nice Frozen treat for dessert.

First of all the Franchise Owner/Manager himself opened up the doors 15 minutes early letting us in so we wouldn't freeze in the snow, so kind. Food and Beverages are soooooo good! Especially the Backyard Bacon Ranch Burgers! Fries! And Reese's Blizzards! Yummmmm-mmy! Delicioso! Best in town! Oh and we purchased an ice cream cake for my Dad's Birthday.

The woman working at the drive thru named Jill is racist and rude!!!!My husband and I just left the Dairy Queen in Easton on s 25th st. We used the drive-thru to place our order. My husband was driving so he placed the order and handed the card to Jill to pay for our food. She took our card and was gone for a long time. I’m not sure why she kept our card for so long. When Jill retired she asked my husband “is there a Christy in the car?” She did so while rudely looking past my husband who is black… to ask this question. My husband used my card to pay for the food and I was sitting in the car with him. When she mentioned my name I sat forward and told her that I was Christy. She stared at me for a few minutes as if she was trying to decide if I look like a “Christy” I guess. I am Asian so I guess she didn’t think I looked like a “Christy” but she finally gave my card back to me… instead of handing it to my husband, who had given it to her in the first place. After handing the card back to me she immediately closed the window before we could say anything to her about what she did. This encounter really bothered my husband because he knew she was implying that he had stolen the card, which was her reason for asking for the owner of the card. So we decided to go back to the drive-thru. He ordered something else and used a card with his name on it. When she brought back the food and handed my husband his card, he asked her why did she ask if there was a Christy in the car? Jill said with a very nasty tone, “you’re clearly a man and you’re handing me a card with a woman’s name on it!” She couldn’t have been more rude and completely okay with assuming that my husband may be using a stolen card. So my husband asked her, “what is I was using my wife’s card to run errands for her?” She cut him off and said, “Well I was just trying to make sure… because I was a victim of identity theft before.” At this point my husband just ending the conversation by telling her that it was rude and embarrassing of her to not only assume that he was a thief but to also assume someone’s gender in today’s society were you don’t know a person’s gender or identity by just looking at them. She didn’t apologize for being rude or suggesting that the card was stolen. This was a terrible experience and it was completely uncalled for.

Ice cream is good. I would not say that it's better than in McDonald's, but they have more choices. This is nice.Burgers are disgusting. Never ever try them. It's impossible to eat. Waste of money.

Jill said she was the manager on duty on 7/28/23. She didn’t care that I was the customer. She barely let me get two words in, over talked me, very rude/disrespectful, horrible customer service. She told me that she was too busy and she didn’t have time for me but I already pre ordered my cake and paid for it. Order for my cake was not written down correctly which then made my cake not be accurate per my requests and order. When I asked to speak to some higher than her she told me to call back tomorrow and hung up. Overall a horrible experience with this particular staff member. As long as Jill works at this location I would advise for people to stay away so you don’t get the same disrespect and unfair treatment like I did.

First was handed a melted banana split via drive thru- then a frozen solid one- and for the third time ANOTHER MELTED one. Requested a refund and the associates laugh thinking is funny… There goes that pregnancy craving. ?

They didn’t flip our blizzards. When questioned about it, the service worker ignored us. Did this change? Blizzards ALWAYS get flipped. Unbelievable.

Took my kids here on June 11th around 7:30 pm. The three young men that took our order and helped our kids and us with everything was great. This was probably the best customer service we've had in over 10 years. Great place to take your kids.Kid-friendliness: Took my kids here on June 11th around 7:30 pm.
