Got a S iced coffee, which turned out to my liking....for my loaded Chipotle hash browns with bacon...one small piece of bacon. Not loaded as described. I work early too but also don't have an attitude while taking an order or helping customers. Pay almost $6 for nothing.

I must say Iâm not quick to review places but this location is atrocious. I had to state my order five times via the drive thru, even clarified and corrected it with the staff on the other end, it still read incorrectly on the display screen. I stated it again and was told to pull forward⊠got to the window and STILL received the incorrect coffee. I informed them that I am diabetic and really need the sugar free syrup and was told âwell you didnât say thatâ to which I responded âactually, I did. Multiple times and even stated the screen was still incorrect but was told to pull forward. I donât think I should have to say I have a medical condition to be heard or have my order correctâŠâ I was met with further resistance to the point of saying âitâs fine. Iâll just take 10 units of insulin for this,â to which the response was âokayâ and was handed the incorrect coffee, with the incorrect flavor of syrup, with no offer to remake it. If I could give negative stars I would. Donât go here if you need unsweetened syrup or your order to be even slightly correct.

I ordered on app and apparently thereâs 2 locations for Lehigh st - Iâm not from the area so I do not know. They canât fulfil my order without repaying. I try to call the correct location for my money back, the number doesnât work. I try to chat w them, they say itâll take 2 days for someone to get back to me. I try to call they say they canât help w mobile orders . What a joke, and $20 wasted. I have a feeling this happens frequently.

went through the drive through ordered the new $6 meal. he kept talking over me trying to rush things and i saw on the screen the order was wrong but i let it go after waiting some time at the first window they had me pull up to wait for it and then the sandwich and hashbrowns came out burnt

I stop in this location 12/19/24 at 6:30 pm. There were no cars in drive thru nor anyone in store. I stood at counter for about 5min. Nobody waited on me, one employee was playing on his phone and another sitting in back. Even when I banged on counter no one waited on me. I left and went down to the road. Will never stop there again! One star is too much for this location

I ordered my coffee and donuts I get to the window pay for coffee and donuts then they tell me what other donut do I want they don't have the flavor that they charged me for I tell them that's the only donut I like I'll just take my money back in a refund was
I bought 3 coffees there, the 3 of them had a taste bitter, really bad, I went back to the store, the guy tried to help, that is why I gave 5 starts service, but I think something is wrong with their flavors or the machine, their coffee tastes really bad.
