There no way of contacting this store via phone, and they always make mistakes with my order. Today I ordered a Hot Mint Tea and I received a Coffee. Never read the tag. And refund from doordash is only for drink, not to reorder items. Photos...no tea bags...coffee flavor

I’m honestly really hurt by what happened at this Dunkin’ (700 Philadelphia Rd Ste 101, Easton, PA) because I come here almost every day. I had been waiting for a while before I even asked for service. When I finally did, a male worker told me the drive-thru was “way more important” than me being inside. When I asked if he was serious, he laughed in my face and gave me attitude instead of helping me.
That’s not how you treat loyal customers. I’ve supported this location for so long, and to be treated like I don’t matter was really upsetting.
On top of that, the bathroom was disgusting. trash overflowing, toilet paper everywhere, and it had a sickening smell like pee had been sitting there for a while. I even took a picture so there’s no question about the condition.
I truly hope management sees this and makes changes, because I’ve always liked coming here… but after today, I don’t even know if I want to anymore.

I ordered all my food today with no egg and got egg on everything , last time I came my donut was missing and the time before that my hash browns were burnt. It wasn’t even busy so I’m not sure why my order was even wrong.
This has to be the absolute slowest Dunkin' Donuts in the Easton area. It doesn't matter whether you walk in to get your coffee or if you sit in the long line in the drive-thru. Be prepared to wait because that's all you do here. And the price of the coffee is more expensive here than it is at any other Dunkin' Donuts in the surrounding area.

I'm not typically a huge dunkin fan because i feel like I always get something different when I order the same thing, but this location actually does a great job at being consistent with drink flavors, and I always have a good experience. The bagels are actually made well and not burnt like other places. And the staff is always friendly
