Service was horrible today. After waiting to order, someone else came in and was taken ahead of me. I said something to the future at the counter he tells me that where I was standing was misleading, when in customer service do you tell the customer they were wrong, never in my 35 years in various customer service areas would I ever tell a customer, client, patient that they were wrong. Then when my food was ready, the woman who brought to the counter and said what it was, as I was reaching for it she pulled it away from me and dropped it on the counter. That may sound silly to be ticked about that but she was very rude!! Let's just say i will be need to be desperate for coffee or food to come back here. This kind of service today is not the first time here, I gave you my business due to keeping local business open, but I will have to be desperate to come back here. I will go elsewhere.

I really didn’t want to have to write this review, but my online orders have not been right most of the time in regards to the drinks. I’ve also spoken with a manager but I feel it has fallen on deaf ears.

This is how DD at Forks Service is very poor. Look at the open bags for delivery service. They are supposed to be with stickers or a least folded right.

Good Dunkin. I've been here several times throughout 3-4 years. If I had a bad experience, I would've remembered.My recent experience, which was yesterday, was good. The Coffeeshop was not busy (it was snowing on and off).We just coffee and donuts. Everything was super fresh and tasted great. The 2 girls on duty were very cheerful and friendly, giving great positive vibes. Radio Dunkin was playing good music, and the super ball add was kept playing on the TV.The atmosphere was very cozy inside.While sitting there, people came in to dine in as well.The place itself was very clean, renovated Dunkin.There is a drive-throughThere are bathroomsForks Township, Pennsylvania
