Just a regular ol' Dunkin. Operated mostly by young people (not a negative, just an observation). Occassionally service will be top notch... and occassionally terrible. Recently this shop has been getting better, so I'll adjust my review as time goes on and the continue to improve. Headingbin thevright direction.

Used to be good now they don't mix the drinks they take forever in drivethrew and this morning we got the entire order wrong and bitter coffee. Lids leak and the staff don't care about what they put out the window. Went here every day for years now and will not be any longer.

In trained employees I had ordered multigrain beagle toasted with veggie cream cheese she made with plain cream cheese and didn’t spread evenly when you bite it’s all comes in your hand coffee also not hot

Service was horrible today. After waiting to order, someone else came in and was taken ahead of me. I said something to the future at the counter he tells me that where I was standing was misleading, when in customer service do you tell the customer they were wrong, never in my 35 years in various customer service areas would I ever tell a customer, client, patient that they were wrong. Then when my food was ready, the woman who brought to the counter and said what it was, as I was reaching for it she pulled it away from me and dropped it on the counter. That may sound silly to be ticked about that but she was very rude!! Let's just say i will be need to be desperate for coffee or food to come back here. This kind of service today is not the first time here, I gave you my business due to keeping local business open, but I will have to be desperate to come back here. I will go elsewhere.

This is how DD at Forks Service is very poor. Look at the open bags for delivery service. They are supposed to be with stickers or a least folded right.
