I each time that I’ve visited this DD I have had bad experiences. The dude that works there NEVER make iced matcha correctly… he stares at you and doesn’t greet you (as I am African American) but when others comes in, he smiles and they are greeted “which I can careless if you greet me or not but don’t stare at me “being weird” “racist” when jobs skin is as fare as mines ughhh. Not only does he NOT properly stare mi matcha, he gave me the WRONG BAGEL as I order an everything bagel but I received a sesame bagel and I requested toasted lightly and it was NOT TOASTED “not even a little bit” never again will I ever visit this DD! The young lady at the window is decent, hopefully she doesn’t follow behind him as this is very unprofessional not knowing that while he’s acting racist and weird… I could offer HIM A JOB!

Drive thru staff seemed annoyed that they had a customer. Coffee had an odd taste.

Employees are always rude and when they give you the wrong order they act like it's your fault. I placed a pre paid online mobile order, not only did they give me the wrong items they tried to charge me $36 for a $9 order I already paid for. Do better.

exceptionally rude early morning staff. I was there to purchase a dozen donuts and the lady who was picking them out for me kept rolling her eyes because I was taking too long. She was talking about me to other staff members and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. when you’re charging somebody $13 for a dozen donuts, you should be able to pick out what you want. I will not be visiting this location again. The one on 248 a mile away is much better! Skip this location!
