Horrible customer service. I had to stand at the register while 3 associates stood behind the counter after making eye contact and said nothing. It wasn't until I asked the one associate was she ready that she then took my order. I'm tired of patronizing businesses that don't respect me enough to be courteous and professional.

Order an iced mocha coffee found a metal ball in my iced coffee almost broke my tooth called the location and they laughed and said it wasn’t them. It was very rude. Can someone from Dunkin reach out

I ordered an iced coffee with extra pumpkin (understand you have to pay extra for more flavor shots). What I got was complete bitterness and I had asked if she put any sugar in it and she was like yeah,(the color was really really dark). I had asked her if she could add more sugar to it and you could see the color and taste did change it was still bitter. Usually I don’t go to this Dunkin’ but in was near where I was going. It’s the second time I had gone and I am not going here again. I don’t know if they changed management when they remodeled the place but the people here aren’t friendly either.
