The food buss down (how can it not) but one of the employees was sick and was throwing up very loudly right as my fiancé and I sat down to eat. I understand that people get sick, but don’t come to work then. At first I thought the lady just lost her voice, but once we heard that we completely lost our appetites. We’re getting work done on my fiancés car, so we ended up coming to the waiting area to eat instead of the Dunkin’. Also, they put my donut in a package that’s used for wraps and croissant stuffers…half the icing came off ??. We’ve never had a bad experience there so it was very surprising and upsetting. The only upside is that they were polite.

Terrible customer service, and their coffee is more diary then actual coffee and espresso. We're all better off making our coffees at home!! I would never give a dime to this dunkin.
