Easton baking? Where did you go? When the original owners sold it it went down the tubes just like most places do. I really can't recommend the place. I used to go there as a kid and it was fantastic but not anymore. There's no lines like there used to be and I guess that's because of lack of quality, lack of assortment and lack of good products!!!Parking: Well, back in the old days when they did one hell of a business you'd have to double park. Now you can find a spot easily but it's still street parking. Don't bother. It's not worth it!!

A favorite of ours for decades. Inventory is kind of hit or miss...even very early in the morning. Had trouble ordering a cake once this past year. Ordered on a Thursday for Sunday and I was told that it wasn't enough time. ? It's probably just bad luck on my part, but several times I've driven all the way there and there is a sign on the door. Closed for this or that reason. So, now we call first and ask if they are open and if they have what we are looking for in stock before getting in the car. Also, call a few weeks early if you need a cake order. This past holiday season we found these amazing little red and green macaroon logs there and only bought 2 to try. They were so, so good! Please make this a regular item!!!

This has been my bakery since I was little. Even though the original owners finally did sell it after I don't even know how many years? The people that bought it are really doing a great job. And keeping the original recipes of our donuts. And I think the tomato pie also still tastes the same!! Love it.. I stopped in a week ago to get a couple donuts and some tomato pie for my daughter that was visiting and it felt so good to be in there again. Even though they did take out a lot of stuff I didn't see cakes like they used to bake. But they do have a really nice coffee center for people to have a cup of coffee. Thank you to the new owners for keeping this bakery the same... Please don't change!!! And they also didn't jack up the prices either like most people do.. Thank you for that also.. Easton Baking has always been a piece of my heart and soul of Easton❣️

I’ve gone to this bakery since the 70’s and have never been disappointed, the food has not changed in quality but have noticed a significant change in quantity!! Raising prices could be understood to a degree but when you also start to shrink those same goods, it becomes blatantly insulting and will certainly limit my purchases there. I’m sure I speak for many of us Eastonians.

EBC has the best chocolate icing cinnamon rolls! Their shop is a very cute, little, old-time bake shop with friendly people! You get a warm & cozy feeling with all the bakery smells! ?

41 years ago we bought our wedding cake here I know there are new owners... Used to open much earlier I would be about 10th in line even though I was 10 minutes early...years ago Got to a spot out front 3 minutes early today, no lines...waited until 7 minutes after posted open time...a few cars slowed and left... Shelves half filled when I got in... A nurse came in and while staff went to back to retrieve something, she stated she had to leave because this was making her late ! Quality is still here !! What I got was still Quality... But had to leave without wife's favorite and that's why I went...I was trying to surprise her It's the service and hours that have devolved Because I really want you to survive... Do something... Earlier hours and have your bakery items available. Reaching the point where it's not worth the effort. This is not the 1st time

I can understand the disappointment that it's "not as good as it was" but I can also get behind a new set of flavors and recipes. The baked goods here are stellar. And yes the parking is an absolute nightmare so get there early.Definitely get an assortment of donuts and cookies.

Ok so this bakery is not even close to the "old" one but not everyone has that special skill .. the original owners made magic not just with their delicious products but with their personalities .. it's sad because I think most of us expected the new owner to bake like the originals , sadly it's not true.. my husband and I have tried a few times only to be disappointed by the quality of the products.. I am not bashing this bakery they are trying .. maybe bring in a pastry chef ? It's a tough time for small businesses .. I hope they make it but they do need a professional baker .. my opinion based on my experience .. the cake was very pretty but dry and cannoli filling was lacking.. "donuts" were not good ..

The best bakery in the Lehigh Valley. Small but mighty team. Delicious fresh items. Lots of variety. We got our wedding cake/desserts here too. Chris is wonderful to work with and really puts her heart and soul into everything ❤️
