I have been here two nights in a row, from 5-11pm. Have watched this well oiled team take care of a house full of patrons with grace and ease. Alex, the he Alex, is charming and efficient. Makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the bar. Teani is gorgeous, lively, and also efficient. Has her radar tuned to every other member of her team and all the patrons. Alex, the girl, is quietly efficient and super friendly. And cute as hell. Maybe they are all cute as hell, they smile and sparkle. Joe, also friendly and personable, covers mistakes so the patrons never know, waits on customers with the same grace and ease. I’m watching their faces and they are pleased. Your team does their share and more, whatever is there to do, they seem to shirk nothing. The back office folks (the dishwashing team) enter the room humbly and do their job, not asking for any credit for the support team they are. I’m from Texas. I’d travel here just to come to this wine bar. What a great place you have.

I held my birthday celebration at EWP and it was perfect! The space offered an ideal atmosphere for my 50 guests to enjoy the excellent food and drink. Service was outstanding. They were so helpful in the planning and executed my vision just as I wanted. Many of my guests were from out of the area and remarked on how much they loved the venue. Whether it’s a special event, happy hour, or dinner - definitely visit the Easton Wine Project!

The flights made me do it! I’m sucha sucker for flights. I love the boarding pass they made. Naturally - I had to try them all! The soups were the best part. Mac n cheese & drinks were tasty too. The pudding flight wasn’t anything special but nice presentation. This was my only time with them - about 40 mins away but would be willing to come back (especially if there’s fun specials like this). This was from January 2025.

Second time coming to the Easton Wine Project and I was definitely not disappointed. Highly recommend the soft pretzel and the accompanying cheese and mustards. We had the lunch option of soup or salad with 1/2 sandwich was filling. Enjoyed the wine flight….my fave were the reds and partner enjoyed the rose’. Located in the old silk mill and unlike some of the other restaurants in the complex, it isn’t as “industrial appearing” as the other businesses. Carrie our server was exceptional! Very friendly atmosphere and we never felt rushed. We will definitely go back!

The food was hit and miss. We had nachos that were not good but the pretzel was great. We loved almost all the wines we tried too.

Always a favorite restaurant of ours due to the incredibly delicious food, the variety in the change of menu with the seasons and the fabulous service! We were in last Saturday and Ashley was our waitress and was very attentive & gave us suggestions on both the food & drink menu. Thank you!

We have been to wine project many times in fact the last time we went we did not have a good experience and vowed we would not return. My niece was visiting from flordia with her 4 kids and wanted to go. We obliged her request and must say we had a fantastic time. The wine and food we ordered were very good and our server Joe was exceptional. He restored our faith and we will be back. Thank you for a good time 😊

We held a first birthday party (approx 50 ppl) in the semi-private space at EWP. The venue and staff totally exceeded our every expectation. They are incredibly responsive (phone & email) and friendly. Day of was seamless. They took charge with setup, outside vendor deliveries, etc . Christina was always available and knew what we needed before we knew we needed it. She is an absolute gem. It is very clear the EWP knows how to hold private events. The wait staff made sure there were no empty glasses. Many of our guests commented on how cool the venue was, and how attentive the staff was. The ONLY thing I would change is I wish I had not selected the lowest package for food - but that was on me, I should have added a few additional items. The food was excellent, just wish we had more! Including a photo because I relied heavily on reviews /photos when choosing a party venue. Go with EWP for your event! You will not be disappointed.
