Their food is SO good! I'm originally from California and moved to Easton a few years ago. We have great Mexican food in California, and I struggled to find anything comparable here in Eaton. El Super Taco hit it out of the park! It is take-out only, but the owner is so sweet and caring in her interactions with customers. I ordered the birria tacos for pickup and when i got back to eat the food, the food did not look like the picture on the website. Dont get me wrong, the presentation wasnt bad but i was expecting the food to look how they advertised it. The taco was soggy and the over taste was like a 2.5/10 in my opinion (for me!). I guess thats my fault for trying different spots idk
