Fat Jack's is one of my favorite bars in Pennsylvania. It's closing and they only have one weekend left so if you read this before August 12th, 2023, make plans to go to Easton and order garlic parmesan wings before you never have that opportunity again. Sue (owner) and Jake (bartender) are the best people with a genuine take no shit but love on good people attitude that makes the ambiance top notch. Oh, and the prices can't be beat. I didn't take a picture of the garlic Parmesan wings because I was too excited to eat them but I climaxed twice while eating them so there's that.

Our new go-to local non-chain cozy place for happy hour food and drinks. Great service and prices, food is very good pub type, beer is cold. So glad we can patronize a mom and pop place instead of the chain places.

Was very dissapointed to see nachos were no longer on the menu.Was even more dissapointed to learn that the potatoe soup was just hot water with potatoes.And they are not open for lunch.

Nice atmosphere - clean, open space, comfortable bar seating. But, the food was such a let down. I have a friend who lives in the area and he suggested we go since it's one of few places that are open late on weekends. He bragged about the wings, and that's all I needed to hear. I was sold! When we arrived it wasn't too crowded, plenty of room at the bar, music was good. I kept it simple and ordered wings and fries. Here's the thing - I am picky about my fries, but my request was simple. I asked the server/bartender if possible, please tell the cook to not make my fries too hard, I like them a little on the softer side. He said sure, no problem. So, time goes by and he brings the fries then starts explaining as he places the basket in front of me. He said that the cook had already made them too hard but if I don't like them he could make tater tots instead. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME REQUESTING IT & YOU OKAY'ING IT?? The fries were not even crunchy, they were just hard - like I am glad to have strong teeth hard. I was so frustrated by this (not visibly), but I decided to just go with it, it was late and I was very hungry. Also, I do not like tater tots, at all. Yes, poTAYto poTAHto, so what! Lol. On to the wings, they were fried super hard, too. I understand that some people prefer it that way. But everything just tasted overdone - over fried and doused in sauce to mask it. Needless to say, I won't be going back for the food. Disappointed that such simple items like fries and wings was such a big failure. Maybe earlier in the day it would've been better? That's still no excuse, because although it was late, we arrived hours before the kitchen was set to close. Yet, my food tasted like a basket of neglect! You live & learn, right?! First and last time here.

Great neighborhood bar with good food and drinks. I've been coming here since I was in my 20s. And its still a favorite. Great deals on drinks and friendly staff. The bar always has folks talking and there are also tables for larger groups to eat dinner.
I had the smash burger tonight with everything on it & it was amazing for the second time. Another time I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich with everything on it which was really good too. The buttermilk chicken sandwich has house made pickles and secret chicken sauce too. You should probably eat here.
